Service was excellent. Always prompt, informative and welcoming. Buffet Breakfast and Dinner was fantastic! The pool and sauna were very relaxing! We truly enjoyed this "jewel" in the heart of the historic side of Evora. Will definately stay again and will recommend this luxurious hotel to family and friends. Cannot think of anything negative to say about this hotel |

I was surprised how nice it was once I got there, forgot what it was liked when I booked it. The rooms were so lovely and was a nice treat for my birthday. Pool was nice, but the spa was a bit more basic than what I thought. It is next to an amazing wall, the garden was beautiful. Very close walk into the main part. Children friendly which is a plus. I Loved Evora and if I got to go again, I would stay here for sure. |

It is a modern hotel in a good location with comfortable rooms and a very nice staff I think there is a lack of "charm" in the hotel. It is not exactly what you look for during your holidays. It looks much more like a hotel created to receive conferences and company meetings. |

The hotel design,general aspect, bathrooms, colour scmemes. gardens/patio. Not enough sun-beds for the no. of guests by the pool, not enough choice of sun or shade for the direction of the sun around the pool. Pool itself relatively small for the no. of families with children using it. The fact that the dining /breakfast room is almost entirely without daylight or view. |

Gostei da estética e design do Hotel. Gostei do quarto, em particular da cama de grandes dimensões. Gostei do SPA. A localização do hotel não poderia ser melhor. |

Excelente la atención, con especial referencia a Susana en recepción. No me ha gustado que el cuarto de baño tenga un solo seno siendo habitación para utilizar dos personas, carezca de espejo de aumento, que se oiga con facilidad las conversaciones de la habitaciones colindantes y que en el mini bar no tenga vino, siendo tierra de vides. El spa muy elemental. |

O espaço envolvente, as muralhas o aqueduto, o ambiente cultural. O hotel é bom, com um design atraente e agradável para passar bons momentos a dois. O pequeno-almoço também está à altura. Falta uma piscina interna para completar a oferta. |

Do edificio em si e da decorção de design muito bem integrada no mesmo. A zona da piscina e o jardim são excelentes e estão muito bem tratados. A localização é óptima. Do conforto do quarto e da cama. Da simpatia do pessoal. Gostei muito. A banheira não está preparada para facilitar a sua utilização para tomar um banho de imersão. É dificil aceder á torneira sem estarmos dentro da banheira, para não dizer impossivel. E só é possivel despejar a mesma carregando na tampa que como é normal está no fundo por isso caso a água esteja quente demais e a banheira cheia resta esperar ... |

Le personnel est toujours là pour vous renseigner ,et en français, la chambre et la salle de bain sont très confortables. L'hotel est très bien plaçé , pas de problème pour garer sa voiture, le restaurant y est fort bon dans un tres beau cadre, nous y reviendrons avec joie! |

Da localização, da qualidade do serviço e da disponibilidade dos funcionários. Acho que um hotel de charme deveria apostar em disponibilizar aos clientes mais produtos regionais, como por exemplo, doces conventuais e compotas caseiras. |
