The apartments are the best I have seen in any resort worldwide. They are modern, furnished and equipped to a very high standard. Being able to use the adjacent 5* Hilton hotel facilities was excellent, especially the "Hilton Breakfast" which is one of the best you can get. The town and marina offer good shops and restaurants. Highly recommended. |

the best apartment we have ever stayed in by far, staff were very friendly and could not do enough for us, we have a 6 month old baby and they provide everything you could need from sterilizer to toys.Resort is fab! very clean, we went B&B breakfast is a buffet in the hotel - excellent choice. Lack of ramp access or lift between the hotel and the apartments, if you have a pram buggy you have to carry down steps, i mentioned this to the receptionist and he said they were aware of the problem and were going to fix. |

Location being next to the Pinhal Golf Course & to a 1st class Michelin stared restaurant (Willies restaurante) Although the kitchen was fully stocked with appliances, there was no actual provisions... no tea, coffee, creamer, etc also the remote control for the bedroom TV was missing and no hairdryer provided! Called reception to organise coffee in the morning to find there was no room service and that they weren't able to provide any provisions. |

The apartment was spacious and well laid out. We loved all the different pools and the great slection at breakfast was a lovely relaxing way to start the day. The adventure playground was a good way to keep our 3year old entertained. Th hotel stay were very accomodating and helpful to any request we had eg. hiring bicycles |

The upgrade for the 2 Bedroom Apartment. Breakfast's quality. Kindness from the reception's staff. The Kids Club and staff. The Beach facilitties and staff. One too many...The rudness form the pool staff (throwing beds, yelling and calling names at each other, behaviour). Oppenig hours and closure for both major pools (09:00 till 19:00- They start closing at 18:00). Small pools and sorroundig space. Sun enclosed by buildings after 6 pm. No room service. Equipment maintenance (Phone and DVD didn't work). Dangerous sharp edges on WC for children. Room Cleaness. No information att all on Check-in. |

Nice roomy 2-br apartment accommodations, with quality furnishings and hotel amenities (Hilton breakfast included, twice daily maid service, great restaurants and pool). Staff was really helpful in restaurant reservations, car rental and baby sit arrrangements No direct beach access, which we knew when we booked. |

It was ok and thats about it....only ok. When things went wrong, and they did the response was always sorry but they took forever to resolve if ever... Roof top jacuzzi never worked after 1st night and was never fixed... Aircon noisy, never fixed, Tv in lounge snowy picture never fixed... Just "sorry" which if 2 star would be great but 5 star not good enough. Will not be returning to that hotel or resort. Villamoura has lost its edge as a family resort Val do Lobo is different class and the hotel although impressive is overpriced and over rated...SORRY... |

The very high standard of all rooms and facilities extreme shortage of ramps made it very difficult to move around hotel and apartment complex with children. This had a major impact on our stay as stairs were difficult and dangerous. it was very dissapointing for such a quality hotel |

The apartment was enormous and very well appointed. There was a balcony out of every room. It was just like a designer show home! We could use the Hilton facilities and everything is just charged to the room as with any hotel. I even got a birthday cake and a bottle of wine on my birthday! Brilliant! Will be going back again. It woulod have been nice to have some tea/coffee in the apartment. |

Excellent buffet breakfast, shuttle bus service was available to marina and to the beach. Excellent facilities in the resort and the rooms (but not internet). 3 swimming pools meant it was not overcrowded with 1 adult pool if you want to avoid kids! Staff always available to assist. Internet facilities were poor and very disappointing given the very high standard of everything else in resort. It's also frustrating as they charge a premium price for what at the end of the day is a poor service. The PCs in the business centre were very slow and half your credit was eaten up waiting for websites to load in. This was the only black mark in what was a great holiday. |

My partner and i had a fantastic long weekend break at the Cascatas Golf Resort & Spa.. As a young couple it was great as we could get to the beach in ten minutes in our rent a car, the spa was 5 minutes walk in the same complex and the swimming pool was right in front of our room so it had everything! If there was one tiny thing, they could with getting Wi-fi put in the rooms as it costs 7 euros an hour to use the internet. |

Lovely resort - deserves 5 stars. We stayed in an apartment within the hotel complex so best of both worlds - more space than a hotel room but all the facilities of the hotel - and a separate pool which was less busy. Few small issues - the main breakfast restaurant was taken over by a conference for 2 days which meant cramming into a smaller restaurant - where the choice was not as nice. The restaurants were a bit lifeless in the evening so better to eat in Vilamoura marina. The shuttlebus into Vilamoura was too small for the number of people waiting. We had to phone for toiletry replenishments most days. |

Children friendly Hotel. Nice pools. Very friendly staff. Nice breakfast until 11:30am. Many security camaras. Very well equiped kitchen. A real interior garage to park the car. The way to the breakfast area is not very friendly to mobility restricted persons (whell-chairs or crutches) with a lot of stairs. |

the apartment, the staff and the facilities were excellent. our booking included breakfast, the range of food available was excellent, however we like cooked food to be hot and the buffet was lukewarm at best. This is the only criticism we have of our experience at your resort |
