The very high standard of all rooms and facilities

extreme shortage of ramps made it very difficult to move around hotel and apartment complex with children. This had a major impact on our stay as stairs were difficult and dangerous. it was very dissapointing for such a quality hotel

Excellent buffet breakfast, shuttle bus service was available to marina and to the beach. Excellent facilities in the resort and the rooms (but not internet). 3 swimming pools meant it was not overcrowded with 1 adult pool if you want to avoid kids! Staff always available to assist.

Internet facilities were poor and very disappointing given the very high standard of everything else in resort. It's also frustrating as they charge a premium price for what at the end of the day is a poor service. The PCs in the business centre were very slow and half your credit was eaten up waiting for websites to load in. This was the only black mark in what was a great holiday.

Luxury, breakfast and sun

Due to Architecture the ressonans inside/poolside were noisy

My partner and i had a fantastic long weekend break at the Cascatas Golf Resort & Spa.. As a young couple it was great as we could get to the beach in ten minutes in our rent a car, the spa was 5 minutes walk in the same complex and the swimming pool was right in front of our room so it had everything!

If there was one tiny thing, they could with getting Wi-fi put in the rooms as it costs 7 euros an hour to use the internet.

It was a very clean and calm stay

Needs more staff to be able to have a 5 star service

the apartment, the staff and the facilities were excellent.

our booking included breakfast, the range of food available was excellent, however we like cooked food to be hot and the buffet was lukewarm at best. This is the only criticism we have of our experience at your resort

Absolutly fabolous hotel we stayec in an apartment and could not fault it also staff very helpful.

The cleanliness, very high quality of the apartment (furniture & amenities), fully equipped kitchen, free use of the garage, quiet location

The TV channels were blurry, thin walls between the apartments (you could hear the neighbour's voice very clearly),basically no information in the room about the services of the hotel complex, reception personnel extremely friendly but unexperienced

The staff, accommodation and service were second to none.

The facilities were excellent - staff were professional and very helpful - the apartment was very modern and very clean.

Appartment fantastic,immaculately clean.bit out the way but a minibus always available to take you to the beach or marina.to quiet for our kids who are 16 an 19 but fab for me.great location for all golf courses,so the hubby says.would defo go back.

We tried to check in at the front reception of the hilton hotel because that is were I thought id booked and you can use all these facilities,its all the same complex.but the man on reception treated us like the poor people and sent us round the back to another reception,which was like the tradesman ent.there was no need to talk down to us its the same hotel and without us he wouldn't have a job.
