As Cascatas Golf Resort & Spa  

We loved the spacious apartments which were well appointed and in excellent condition. Room cleaning service was good. The hotel complex is attractive and all facilities are available to As Cascatas guests.

We stayed over Christmas 2011. My only quibble was that we couldn't get the underfloor heating to work and when the engineer attended he did lots of pointing at the floor with a thermometer and at the frost setting on the control panel, indicating that all was fine. I ended up using the oven to warm the apartment at night.Had it been colder I'd have gone back to management to get the problem resolved,

Fantastic helpful staff. Clean, luxury and relaxing. Great food in the restaurant, buffet. Apartments always kept spotlessly clean.

The choice of food in the Ruby bar was poor

While there I have to say that the staff were so helpful and friendly.

I would have preferred if the shuttle bus dropped off at the beach and the Marina during the day.

We stayed in 2 bedroom apt. Fabulous. We had our 2 children aged 6 months and 2 year old. The apartments are great, really spacious, with everything you would need. Definitely 5 star. We really enjoyed our weeks stay there. We ate at the buffet in Hilton hotel for a few nights, and found the food to be very good with a relaxed atmosphere. You could use all the facilities of the Hilton. Couldn't recommend it enough. The hotel is in a lovely area, but you would have to go to marina for restaurants etc. You could get the shuttle bus to beach and marina, which was quite regular.

The only downside was it was a bit of a walk to a supermarket. This wouldn't put me off though.

I liked the apartment (size, decoration) as well as the facilities (private beach, access to the beach by hotel bus; several swimming pools and the fantastic spa). The breakfast was also very good as well as the food in the restaurant.

The confusion regarding whether the access to the SPA was or not included in the price (I got a message from the reception that it was included and when I arrived at the SPA I was told the contrary). I also did not like the queues to the breakfast.

Our room was broken into when we were their which put a damper on the holiday !

Hotel good but expeted more for the money we payed !

Pool area and surrounding grounds, not kept clean. Had to ask for toilet tissue. Cleaner left patio doors open al day!

luxury hotel, in the middle of nothing but free bus to beach in the day and marina at night, plenty of sun beds. suite was superb with dishwasher, cooker, oven, washing machine, 3 flat screen tv's, cd/dvd player, 2 bathrooms

seperate reception from the hilton, we thought we were the poor relations, hotel prices were rediculous 4 euros per coffee, 23.50 euros for breakfast and 29.50euros buffet evening meal

The apartments are lovely and clean and spacious. Great place for families....

Very good apartments, clean and totaly equiped. Good localization close to very nice golf facilities, and an amazing marina. It's also very close to the beach.

A good quality finish to rooms.

The air conditioning system was not turned on despite there being a particular hot period of weather. We had to continually ask staff to have this rectified as our 2 year old daughter was really struggling at night time (29 degrees one evening!) and as we'd paid to attend this resort - with aircon. We were continually fobbed off stating that the system was broken and that they were trying to fix it. It was obvious that the hot weather was not expected and that turning on the air con would cost the operator money (we had various excuses from staff as to why they couldn't turn it on!). Other families around the pool had similar experiances! We had a great holiday apart from this which basically ruined the first 5 days of our trip.
