Location just at the exit of metro.

Old hotel, wifi is not stable, many time disconnexion.

It's good valour for money and easy for people coming from the aeroport and to visit Lisbon good location. Great breakfast and friendly people.

Clean, good value hotel in a very convenient location, right next to the Metro and bus stop.

Location, we stayed at the 10 flor with view of the city. Metro, tram, frendly Englishspoken people. Parking next door.

Close to subway station. Easy to go to downlown and airport.

Perfect location, very close to airport and city centre. Underground stop just around the corner. Very good breakfast buffet with fresh bread. Wifi signal very good also in the room.

No fresh orange juice for breakfast. Some rooms are dated.

Situation near parking, metro

First they gave me a room with an intense cigar-smell, but when I made an observation about it, they changed me imediately.

Helpful staff and clean room (slightly dated) Good buffet breakfast. Hotel convenient for metro (Alameda). Buy a 5 Euro 24 hour pass for access to Metro, buses, local trains and elevators/funiculars.

Location honesty bar

Lights tripped out twice, but staff sorted it out immediately .

To little shower gel. Loud air conditioning. I have stayed twice in this hotel. Checking-out for the first time I filled a questionnaire, which implied welcoming drink during second stay. But I did not get the drink, even though I asked for it.

I like the position near the metro

Be carreful! I paid a room with mini bar ( fridge). No mini bar in the room! I said Nothing. My bath was broken so i take a bath and after impossible to open the buton to evacuate water! I have to take The lift because the phone do not work! A person come in the room with tools To open ! Incredible!!! And to finish in beauty i paid 30 euros to the hotel for park my car in the near public parking! When i take my car back the parking ask me 22 euros! I gave the hotel's ticket but when i ask to my 8 euros back ( because i give them 30), they sau sorry it is not the political of the direction!!! But if i go directly to the park it Is cheaper! Yes we know that they answer me! It s a problem but it is like that!!!!!! The room is not good! I make many hotels during my holidays in portugal as hotel was the worst!! Go away it is a advice!

Staff is very nice, metro station is right in front of the hotel and breakfast was ok. From the pictures it seems that the location is great but in reallity it is more a suburb. Despite the surrounding, the hotel was renovated so it looks ok and is near Lisboa city center.

The room could be more clean, specially the bathroom.

In general, it is a good hotel, with excellent value for money. Metro is found literally 5m away. Many local restaurants around the nearby streets, plus a mini super market.

Mainly that there is no soundproof and you here everything, from the flushes next-door to the metro underground. Also the district is not the best.

Good location with easy access to the airport by car or metro. Underground Metro just on the corner. Excellent breakfast included in the price! Parking in the garage in front of the hotel with reasonable hotel's voucher price. Tea-maker in the room with possibility to make tea or coffee. Friendly staff.

Location is perfect - metro station is very close to the hotel

It was quite near the airport, the price was good. It was suitable for us just for one overnight there before flying back home. It maybe would be good even for to stay longer, Underground was there just over the street, P-possibility in the P-garage.

The beds were not so very comfortable, in mine it was some "hole" and I needed to turn head to the foot of the bed, if you understand what I mean, so I could lie and get a decent sleep.
