niettegenstaande de lopende werken wordt door het personeel alles gedaan om de mensen op te vangen helemaal niet en de lawaaihinder van de werken werden echt tot een minimum herleid |

Het hotel ligt op enkele stappen van de metro en enkle meters van diverse buslijnen.Verder zeer proper Uitstekende ontbijt buffet Personeel is afstandelijk. Verder deed tijdens mijn gehele verblijf van 5 nachten slechts een lift het wegens drukte moest ik vaak de trap pakken |

The hotel is really close to the airport, it was 7 EUR by taxi. The metro is right beside the hotel, so you could get to the center and oceanarium really easy and fast. Airport in Lisbon is not situated far away from the city center, so you can stay in this area and travel to the center easily. The staff was very helpful, we just asked how to get to the center and he told us a lot of usefull things about Lisabon and places to visit. The breakfast was basic, but good enough. Old furniture |

The accessibility for all the sites in the city And the vicinity to the metro. Our First staying in A.S.lisbon hotel was O.k, two weeks later, the next time that we stayed there, Even though that we received a wide room in the floor 11 but the ceiling was dripped water, the carpet therefore was wet and stained. We didn't complained, because it was our last staying night in lisbon,the next morning was our homecoming day and we didn't find it any worthy in complaining. |

comfort. Budget. City trip. hotel staff and the very easy accessibility to the Metro station. at the next time we have lodged in the hotel, two weeks later, we got a very large room at the 11th floor, but the ceiling was dripped water, the floor carpet were stained because of it. the . air-conditioner was very poor and hardly could execute its job. |

i liked its location,not too far from airport or the metro.nice and clean hotel,good value for money. 3rd bed could of been better, it would of been ok for a child but we were three adults. |

Simplicity of the design and no artificial, needless facilities. Location is very good with Metro at doorstep, Taxis always available on street. Like the idea of honesty bar. Could be better coffee at breakfast |

Metro station is located just 2 steps away. Incompetent girl staff when we checked out. No internet connection in the room, only in the lobby. |

Good location. Easy access, courtesy of the staff above hotel faults Some products in mini bar require corkscrew... unbelief the hotel it seems to have only one at the bar. What makes necessary to request it and in my case being bored in the middle of the sleep to return it because someone else need it. The hotel has also a coffee /tea maker facility in the room but missing to have spoons. |

The room was very comfortable. There was complete silence while I slept. I did not notice any restaurant in the hotel. So, I decided to eat across the street on the corner. I was well received in that restaurant. The food was excellent and at a good price. |

The courtesy of the staff is outstanding. They offered a lower price than the one given at the booking. When I asked for an early breakfast, they served it without hesitation. |
