too noisy, bad insonorization from street and near rooms

An example of art deco architecure. The dining room is magnificent and the breakfast served in it was also good. Our room was very simple but clean. It had big windows and a river view. The staff at the desk was polite. The location is perfect.

Wi-fi is not available in the rooms. There are no parking facilities. There is a public parking in front of the hotel, paid between 8 am and 8 pm (around 3€ for 4 hours).

Lovely art nouveau listed building. Position superb.

Great river view, huge rooms, delicious fondue, breakfast is OK

We booked a room with a romantic offer. The only bad thing with this offer was that we got our chocolate fondue and sparkling wine late at the night - at 23.30 that was completely inappropriate and uncomfortable. Unfortunately that was the only time they offered for the delivery. This offer is worth paying when you can enjoy it. Unfortunately we could not.

The location is very central. It is easy to walk to all the interesting places. The hotel is good value for money. The breakfast buffet offers a large variety of things. I especially enjoyed the cakes and jams. Yes, the hotel needs some updating, but I enjoyed the old world charm. I found the room clean and the person at the reception very friendly.

The water pressure was not good, which made for a weak shower.

I stayed at this hotel 10 year's ago and not much changed except they now used computers to check you in. The hotel is like a grand old lady who show's here age, but still has class. We had a great room right in front that opened to the street and the river. The sevices are minimal, but who cares as this is a charming old hotel. The staff spoke English well, they were a bit reserved, but not bad. The location was perfect and the internet worked just fine in public areas. This is a budget location with class!

No restaurant or bar, but that really didn't matter as there were many restaurants around the hotel. Parking in the lot across the bridge was free except for the guy who watched you car. Gave him 3 euros and he watched the car. Parkinng is free right across from the hotel in the evening. So not real complaints!

Very tired hotel, in need of renovation. Door to room was warped, large crack between the door and the door frame - security of the door lock was poor. Wifi reception was dreadful, and the hotel staff were unable to help. A number of guests had a similar problem. Beautiful breakfast room, but very dark due to the curtains. Open up the curtains and let us see the splendor of the room!

Dated rooms, terrible stuffy smell, unfriendly desk clerks. The noise from the park was unbearable and sleep was impossible. The beds were small and uncomfortable.

It's location is central.

The services offered were either non existant or poor. Our room smelt strongly of dead mouse. There was no bar,despite it being publicised. There is no room service,despite it being on offer in the room info. Likewise a laundry service is non existent. The wi-fi only works in the lobby;nowhere else.
