The hotel has a relaxing atmosphere .The staff were excellent and most helpful.The leisure facilities were first class and being so close to the beachwas an added bonusand the entertainment was another plus. The transport arrange from the hotel to the airport was not good ,booked for 0715 arrives at 0740 and then goes to another hotel to pick up more passengers .We were lucky to get our flight. |

The locaion of the hotel to the beach and entertainment areas is absolutely ideal. It also has a very relaxing ambience which is great for de-stressing. |

The placing - it's very close to Kiss Disco and the Praia da Oura strip. Besides, it is very cheap compared with the alternatives. The beach is very small and not quite accessible. However it has some very close and better beaches. And the design is quite outdated. |

Value for money. Decent standard in regard to the cost for the room. The rooms were a bit undated (rust in bathroom and bathtub) and there was dust in cupboards and behind furniture at arrival. Otherwise the cleaning was good and the floors and beds were spotless |

Great location right on the beach. Very dated decor. Bathroom could definetly do with rennovation. The food was awful. |

Free bus service twice daily to old town. Helpful staff booking return transfer to airport at half the price we had paid to get to the hotel Extremely noisy plumbing system, difficult to sleep except between the hours of 2am until 6am |

the fact that we had 5 rooms and they were all next to eachother the bad and crain were discusting at some rooms of us, so we took our shower in other friends rooms |

For the price we paid we got a more than decent room and a good variety at the breakfast buffet. So close to a beautiful beach....literally seconds! Very close to the Albufeira Strip (about a 5 minute walk): lots of entertainment and restaurants! The reception staff could speak English relatively well. The room was a tad outdated but otherwise very decent. Warning: no free shampoos in the bathroom & no swimming towels to rent out! If you need to buy something, resist making the gift shop your first stop....visit the stores on The Strip to save money! |

Estaba muy cerca de la playa,las cuales eran muy bonitas,sobre todo la pequeña cala que hay a su izquierda. La piscina tambien era muy confortable.El desayuno era bueno y variado. La limpieza de la habitacion, no era la adecuada,el baño era bastante antiguo y no tenia enchufe lo q dificultaba ultilizar ciertos aparatos. Las sabanas no las cambiaron en los 3 dias y las toallas estaban deterioradas.aconsejamos que se lleven toallas de su casa y productos de aseo. |

Zeer lawaaierig. Ik zat in blok B, om de paar min. hoorde je een vreemd hard geluid. Waarschijnlijk kwam dit van de lift (die toch een eind van onze kamer was) Ik heb me er erg aan geergerd. Overall: slecht ontbijt (blikfruit, weinig keus-alleen als je van een vet ontbijt op de lege maag houdt is er genoeg,) Ik ben blij dat ik alleen maar B&B had en niet de hele dag zulk "slecht" eten hoefde te nemen. De meeste lampen deden het niet in de kamer. Bedlampje kapot, stopcontacten die het niet deden. Ik wil niet klagen als ik op vakantie ben, maar lekker genieten. Ik ga hier zeker niet meer naar toe. |
