Man ist sehr gut aufgehoben, das Personal ist ausserordentlich zuvorkommend.Die Lage ist sensationell, wenn man einen Stadtaufenthalt macht. Da das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen ist, lässt der Konfort und der "Outfit" zu wünschen übrig. Ein 5*Hotel ist es keinesfalls. Bei uns in der Schweiz bekäme dieser Level noch 3*. Trotzdem ist es ein angenehmes Haus. |

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in Lissabon und ist somit für die Erkundung der Stadt ideal. Der Frühstücksraum und der Salon nebenan sind stilvoll eingerichtet und aus anderer Epoche. |

Die Rezeptionisten waren einfach super nett und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sehr groß, ruhig nach hinten und sauber. Das Hotel liegt perfekt für Städte-Tour und mitten im Zentrum am Rossio. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. |

gutes Frühstücksbuffet, gediegene Einrichtung, sehr ruhig Dank Doppelfenstern, hervorragende Lage direkt am Praça dos Restauradores, Bus und Metro vor der Tür. leider (derzeit?) kein Restaurant im Hotel vorhanden, Die Flure des Hotels sind beim Öffnen der Zimmertür relativ dunkel, die Beleuchtung wird durch Bewegungsmelder gesteuert (Energiesparfetischisten), ich bevorzuge in einem Hotel dieser Klasse eine Dauerbeleuchtung. |

Perfect location in terms of Lisbon with a friendly reception. The room was dated luxury with some beautiful period public rooms. Right on the main avenue but no traffic noise in the rooms. Breakfast watch out for rush hour as the room can get full and you then have to wait. Quality of food at breakfast slightly disappointing for a 5 star Hotel. |

Only one small thing...someone in the room next door was smoking and the smoke permeated into my room through the adjoining door. It would be a good idea to not place smoking rooms next to non-smoking. |

We liked the location of this hotel for the things we wanted to do. The breakfast was wonderful. The bed was small and too soft. |

Staff was very nice and helpful. Valet parking is free, I couldn't believe it. It's great as it's very difficult to park anywhere in Lisbon city centre. Rooms are confortable but a little old fashioned |
