ベッドと枕がとても眠りやすかった。同じ五つ星のチボリリスボンより、よほど良かった。風呂の栓が開かない- 、等のトラブルをフロントへ連絡した際のスタッフの対応が非常に早くて助かった。 ホテル内にショップ、レストランがない。また、廊下の照明が暗い。ルームサービスのメニューが少ない。さら- に、どのガイドブックにも出てくる「豪華なラウンジ」らしきスペースがロビー階にあるが、とても入りづらい- 雰囲気で、私たちが５泊している間、実際にそこでくつろいでいる宿泊客を一人も見かけなかった。なお、館内- 工事を行っており、昼間午前中に部屋でくつろいでいると、ドリルの音が壁を越えて部屋中に響き、非常にうる- さかった。 |

お部屋は素晴らしかったのですが、浴室の臭いがきになりました。多分配管が汚れているのだと思います。それ- 以外は素晴らしかった。あと願わくは植木と花が生花だったらもっと良かった。 |

We liked the location of this hotel for the things we wanted to do. The breakfast was wonderful. The bed was small and too soft. |

Staff was very nice and helpful. Valet parking is free, I couldn't believe it. It's great as it's very difficult to park anywhere in Lisbon city centre. Rooms are confortable but a little old fashioned |

The location. It was in close proximity of all modes of public transportation. While very nice, the hotel staff were a bit too formal for us. We felt uncomfortable asking them questions. |

The staff was wonderful. The bathrooms were very clean. Rooms were lovely. The choice of foods at breakfast was quite good. The location was very convenient. The hotel itself is very beautiful. The beds were horrible...they were palates with a mattress, very hard, small, and squeaky and the carpeting looked dirty. |

The hotel has an athentic atmosphere.The rooms are cosey, but the facilities are limited: very small TV without movies, no internet. Breakfast was excellent in beautiful dining room. Low level of facilities |

The hotel itself: location - one of very few hotels in the city centre proper, bar + spa, very classy, very elegant and luxurious feel, great interiors, fittings appeared original/authentic (unlike some hotels of this age/price), large room with view (as requested), amazing decor in the breakfast hall/room. Staff: very helpful, attendant yet not in-your-face. Affordable luxury. Recommended!! Some noise from idiot kids in the room next door (due to adjoining door linking rooms). However, if we'd bothered complaining I think they would have probably done something for us.... |

The building with this particular flair of a palace, decoration, furniture, all details; I appreciate the Non Smoking policy and friendly/helpful staff; I did like champagne for breakfast and the assortment of food for breakfast; Last not least I did like the nice smell of bed linens, towels, etc.; I enjoyed being greeted with fruits and the nice setting with bowls of water, plates, etc. |

L'albergo è molto bello, ha saloni d'epoca tenuti molto bene. Anche la sala dove viene servita una ottima prima colazione è bellissima. Le camere sono pulite ma di livello inferiore rispetto alle sali comuni. La posizione è centrale e comoda. |
