The location, friendliness of the staff and general cleanliness were excellent. It all makes for a great city break.

The breakfast was a bit mundane, general continental fare but low budget and the drinks from the hot drink machine were not good

Staff friendly and helpful. Location is great- close to the bus stop, the metro and the city centre.

Breakfast was quite poor - limited choice. Smelly bathroom.

The staff was extremely friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. The location was perfect as the hop-on hop-off bus service was less then a block away, or you can walk 30 mins into the Alfama region. The parking is on the street directly in front of the hotel, it's marked off and free of charge.

The breakfast is pretty much buns, ham and cheese, so if you are looking for more you may want to look else where. Also we found the room to be quite small once the cot was installed.

It was very nice to take advantage of the hotel's location, with easy access to 2 subway stations, 2 bus-stations, a parking lot right in the front and a beautiful park a few steps ahead. The personnel was also very nice.

I did not take time to notice something not likeable.

good location, nice employers, price is good, in my room i had a great view. it's a good place to stand a 2 or 3 days to visit the city

Very convenient for airport transfers - Aerobus stops virtually at the door. Excellent restaurant a few yards away, with extensive menu and good value for money. Staff were polite and helpful. City centre within reasonable walking distance, and close to two Metro stations.

Lack of information about the hotel services in the room.

Free parking right outside the hotel - great location for getting around.

Lo que mas nos ha gustado es la situacion, tanto para ir al centro a pie como en metro. Y que por el precio estaba en una zona centrica y a la vez super tranquila y segura.

El desayuno no era gran cosa pero por ese precio no nos estraño mucho, lo que si nos disgusto fue la maquina de cafe, chocolate y demas que era malomalo pero malo. Otra cosa que no nos parecio normal es que la chica en recepcion no supo ni quiso saber como indicarnos la manera de salir de la ciudad hacia españa.

Jeg likte det at det er en stille hotell, altså ingen bråk om natta.
