De receptie was erg behulpzaam met uitleggen van bezienswaardigheden. We kregen ook plattegronden mee waar aantekeningen werden opgemaakt. De inrichting van de kamer was erg matig. De lift klein. Tijdens het ontbijt moest er steeds het koffieapparaat worden bijgevuld. De kamer op de bovenverdieping aan de voorkant was erg muf. |

Dichtbij metro. Personeel vriendelijk. Schone kamer. Goede prijs/kwaliteit Ontbijt matig. Kluisje op kamer werkte niet. Vervolgens andere kamer gekregen waar die het ook niet deed. Vervolgens maar laten zitten. |

The staff were all very friendly, they were always very helpful! The air conditioning didnt work as well as it was supposed to. |

Good location. Pretty quiet street for central Lisbon. Subway station Parque right around the corner. Parkingspot right in front of the hotel. Good location if you travel by car. 50 eur per night is ok! Room 103 - smell in the bathroom. I reserved parkingspot but one night it was taken and hotel staff did nothing about it. Mediocre/poor breakfast. |

Very convenient for airport transfers - Aerobus stops virtually at the door. Excellent restaurant a few yards away, with extensive menu and good value for money. Staff were polite and helpful. City centre within reasonable walking distance, and close to two Metro stations. Lack of information about the hotel services in the room. |

very nice location, good price, bid and comfortable bed, clean bath room, breakfast included in price, free parking in front of hotel, not really a 4 star hotel. more like 3, not heater, only air conditioner, breakfast only between 8-10am, staff doesn't speak English or other common language, |

We (two young couples) stayed in two rooms absolutely different. Our room was large with a balcony, while our friends had an extremely small room (their bathroom were so tiny that even difficult to enter!) |

The location of the hotel is perfectly central ... although it's not near the main attractions, but the offers an easy access through subway and most important bus lines are within walking distance ... the rooms although very small, but very suitable for a short stay to explore the city the breakfast ... it's very small quantities & a small selection and very cold ... even the juice wasn't mixed properly ... |

The location is good, near metro and bus station, 25 minutes walk to Baixa. The rooms looks like a 2 star hotel, old furniture, no minibar and no fridge. Breakfast was very poor and same day by day. The hotel was the poorest 4 star hotel I ever seen. |
