Jeg likte det at det er en stille hotell, altså ingen bråk om natta. Frokost buffet er dårlig, personal er elendig på engelsk- Hotell er ikke definitivt 4 stjerner maks 3. |

The location, friendliness of the staff and general cleanliness were excellent. It all makes for a great city break. The breakfast was a bit mundane, general continental fare but low budget and the drinks from the hot drink machine were not good |

The staff were friendly and the loctaion of the hotel was perfect. The room was very small and the breakfast was very small also. Not much of a variety of food for breakfast. |

Staff friendly and helpful. Location is great- close to the bus stop, the metro and the city centre. Breakfast was quite poor - limited choice. Smelly bathroom. |

They only have 5 parking spots making it difficult to park. Pay parking is accross the street. Breakfast is decent but not much selection. |

The staff was extremely friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. The location was perfect as the hop-on hop-off bus service was less then a block away, or you can walk 30 mins into the Alfama region. The parking is on the street directly in front of the hotel, it's marked off and free of charge. The breakfast is pretty much buns, ham and cheese, so if you are looking for more you may want to look else where. Also we found the room to be quite small once the cot was installed. |

It was very nice to take advantage of the hotel's location, with easy access to 2 subway stations, 2 bus-stations, a parking lot right in the front and a beautiful park a few steps ahead. The personnel was also very nice. I did not take time to notice something not likeable. |

I have a clean and quiet room. They have served us breakfast even we check out very early in the morning. I don't say too much for this hotel because I stay only one night. The TV is very small with not many channels. The safe box was out of order. |

good location, nice employers, price is good, in my room i had a great view. it's a good place to stand a 2 or 3 days to visit the city walls a little bit dirty, too much noise coming out of other rooms canalization |

Location is central so it was easy to reach all destinations. Bus stops very close. The safe was broken; staff not particularly helpful. |

This is a nice, low cost, place to stay. If you are just looking for a nice place to sleep and relax after a long day of tourism this is great. There are no frills but it has all the basics you need. It is clean with ac and comfortable beds. The breakfast is basic but good and great that it is included with the room. The luggage storage isn't a locked room but next to the front desk. Anyone could take your things if they really wanted to but we left our bags there twice for numerous hours and didn't have a problem. |

Good location. Pretty quiet street for central Lisbon. Subway station Parque right around the corner. Parkingspot right in front of the hotel. Good location if you travel by car. 50 eur per night is ok! Room 103 - smell in the bathroom. I reserved parkingspot but one night it was taken and hotel staff did nothing about it. Mediocre/poor breakfast. |

Very convenient for airport transfers - Aerobus stops virtually at the door. Excellent restaurant a few yards away, with extensive menu and good value for money. Staff were polite and helpful. City centre within reasonable walking distance, and close to two Metro stations. Lack of information about the hotel services in the room. |

very nice location, good price, bid and comfortable bed, clean bath room, breakfast included in price, free parking in front of hotel, not really a 4 star hotel. more like 3, not heater, only air conditioner, breakfast only between 8-10am, staff doesn't speak English or other common language, |

Lo que mas nos ha gustado es la situacion, tanto para ir al centro a pie como en metro. Y que por el precio estaba en una zona centrica y a la vez super tranquila y segura. El desayuno no era gran cosa pero por ese precio no nos estraño mucho, lo que si nos disgusto fue la maquina de cafe, chocolate y demas que era malomalo pero malo. Otra cosa que no nos parecio normal es que la chica en recepcion no supo ni quiso saber como indicarnos la manera de salir de la ciudad hacia españa. |

Creo que la relación calidad-precio es bastante buena. Sin lujos pero limpio, bien hubicado y personal muy amable. El desayuno. La calidad de lo servido en el desayuno no era buena. Poco para escoger, cosa que esperábamos, pero sin ser muy exigentes, encontrábamos de baja calidad los productos del desayuno. |
