Παιδιά κι επιπλέον κρεβάτια
1 παιδί κάτω των 12 ετών διαμένει χωρίς χρέωση, όταν χρησιμοποιεί το υπάρχον κρεβάτι.
1 παιδί κάτω των 2 ετών διαμένει χωρίς χρέωση, για μία βρεφική κούνια.
Όλα τα μεγαλύτερα παιδιά ή ενήλικες χρεώνονται 40 % της διαμονής ανά νύχτα και ανά άτομο για επιπλέον κρεβάτια.
Η μέγιστη χωρητικότητα για επιπλέον κρεβάτια/βρεφικές κούνιες σε ένα δωμάτιο είναι 1 .
Κάθε επιπλέον κρεβάτι πρέπει να ζητηθεί και να γίνει επιβεβαίωση από το ξενοδοχείο.
Οι επιπρόσθετες παροχές δεν υπολογίζονται αυτόματα στο τελικό ποσό και πρέπει να πληρωθούν ξεχωριστά στο ξενοδοχείο.

Had a nice, clean and large room. Good restaurant. Free parking outside hotel.Nice spa facilities but small swimming pool. Internet didn't work. Hotel not really located at walking distance from center. |

This fairly new business class hotel is unique in Porto and offers a smart and relatively luxurious four star alternative to the more traditional hotels in the city. If you can get one of the reduced price offers including spa, dinner, bed and breakfast, go for it, it´s excellent value and the food is surprisingly good. The hotel is under utilised and you will have the spa to yourselves. The personnel are efficient, friendly and multi-lingual. The hotel facade is illuminated and changes through the colours of the spectrum throughout the night. The rooms and bathrooms are fitted to a high standard with very good quality textiles, chrome fittings, etched glass panels, marble tiles, laminated flooring, and the sound-proofing is good. Can be impossible to sit astride the bidet if you are an adult man, owing to the bad location of the toilet roll holder! The plastic mattress protector makes the bed uncomfortable and sweaty at night. The champagne on ice, on the breakfast buffet, is for decoration only - sorry, no Bucks fizz! |

This hotel was quite good, not very far from the underground station, staff was really friendly and the rooms were very nice and comfortable. Loads of space to keep your stuff, and also a very nice balcony. The breakfast was poor, and they did not replace the food that was eaten. Once we got quite late for breakfast and all we had to eat was leftover bread. The tvs could have some more channels and the wireless internet should be free. |

The flat screen TV and the balcony for every room.The spa and the breakfast was ok as they stayed open for us till 11. As a british visitor there was no tea making facilities in the room and none available,no iron and none available.Room was small. |

It is brand new, located quite far out on the outskirts of Porto in a quaint poor, quiet, rural neighborhoud. Metro stop is 15 min walk, you can get to centre of town with 10 min ride. Rooms are comortable, modern decorated, but hotel still suffers from glitches, fancy electronics do not seem to work (room door does not open, light wont turn off) Long queue for breakfast, had to wait over 20 min to be seated, it is simply unacceptable. |

La cercanía con el personal de servicios y su amabilidad y comprensión. No está preparado para albergar niños en el sentido que el spa es exclusivo para adultos. Había posibilidad de reservar una canguro pero no creo recordar en la reserva de ustedes tal matiz. Además, ¿qué hace una canguro con un niño de seis y otro de 3 meses? No hay un espacio de juegos para ellos excepto en el recibidor y es poco. |

El hotel está muy bien, las habitaciones muy bien decoradas y está todo muy nuevo. Hay sitio para aparcar gratis y pagando 5€. El trato es bueno y las habitaciones perfectamente insonorizadas. El Spa regularcillo y el agua fria. Con un bebe me han tratrado muy bien, me han puesto cuna y siempre me han facilitado sitio para el carrito a la hora de cenar y desayunar. Hay dos ordenadores con internet gratuito. He cenado dos noches en este hotel y es bastante mala. La ubicación no es muy buena y para encontrarlo me volví un poco loco con el gps para encontrarlo la primera vez. |

Hotel muy nuevo y moderno, con habitaciones muy confortables y bien equipadas. Ideal para ir con bebes y niños. La cama supletoria está en otra habitación dentro de la habitación principal. Se puede aparcar bien por la zona. Fuimos dos parejas jovenes con niños y estuvimos muy bien. El hotel no está céntrico, pero es facil llegar al centro. Si se utiliza el GPS indicar calles próximas ( ver en google ) u hospital universitario. |

Todo ha sido excelente acceder al spa es un poco incomodo, puesto que no tienes albornoz para ir directamente desde la habitacion.Tienes que cambiarte en unos vestuarios diminutos e incomodos. Algunos chorros no funcionaban y el baño turco tampoco. |
