I have been varuious times. Good facilities, but what makes the difference is the staff. One of our rooms had a horrible stench of tobacco, this was dealt with by the staff the following day. |

I stayed only one night. So, I cannot speak a lot! I appreciated being not charged for the extra bed, without any discussion about that. The reception staff was very good. I don't have nothing to remark. |

Friendly staff, service received in all areas of the hotel were excellent. All the staff have been well trained in customer care and are a credit to the management. The price for drinks in the bars seemed a little excessive and the entertainment was at best average |

cleanliness and breakfast was great;) to far from the beach, to short opening for dinner, no food after clock 10.30. The bar with the pool served not good food, we could not eat it... We think when the hotel is so far from restaurants and supermarkets, you have to by poor food on the hotel, and you can not by drinks if the bar is closed. The minibar was poor, there was almost nothing.. 2 coke, 2 beer, 2 water, small whisky and portwine... too bad!! The minibar was filled one time under our stay, they staff said that they will fill it up, but it never happens, and we did not ask for nothing more at once, we just want to go home!! |

i have been going back to this hotel for many years and find it most comfortable.it is well situated to a beach however,i believe you need a car to fully explore the excellent beaches some 10/20 mins drive away. the breakfasts could be a little more varied.the adveritised hot buffet is not all that it could be. |

Friendly staff; especially reception and pool bar, nice peaceful location in relation to local beaches (15 minutes walk to Sao Rafael beach which was our favorite) and Albufeira (10 mins hotel courtesy bus or taxi). Bedroom carpets marked and could do with a clean. Bathroom towels rather thin. |

Local calmo,relaxante e reservado. Para quem aprecia a privacidade,e o descanso. A apontar o " mediocre " funcionamento do jacuzi. Em que a qualidade que oferece aos hospedes,é muito reduzida. |

Relación Calidad/Precio.Ubicación. La habitación doble tenía dos camas en lugar de una de matrimonio, además una de las dos camas era excesivamente dura.El agua del jacuzzi interior estaba demasiado fría como para disfrutar del baño, para mi era imposible estar más de cinco minutos. |

Prachtig hotel en ontzettend vriendelijk en correct personeel. Kamers ruim en goed verzorgd. Gratis shuttlebus naar Albufeira en naar het strand. Geen negatieve punten. Wellicht alleen dat het erg verlaten ligt en er niet veel in de buurt te doen is. Maar dus wel lekker rustig en relaxed om te ontspannen. |

Gostei bastante das instalações, muito confortável, agradável, tem uma piscina interior e jacuzzi óptimos. Piscina exterior e solário também muito agradáveis.Também gostei bastante do pequeno-almoço, muito variado! O Buffet do jantar não é muito variado e a comida de fraca qualidade. |

Henkilökunta oli todella mukava ja ystävällinen. Allasalue oli hyvä ja viihtyisä. Lastenallas olisi voinut olla lämmitetty ja samoin lapsille olisi voinut olla enemmän leikkipaikkoja. |
