L'accueil dans la chambre. Le buffet le premier jour. Les fleurs bien frâiches. La gentillesse des hôtes. Le décor extérieur (piscine, etc.) Le buffet le troisième jour :-) |

Friendly staff, service received in all areas of the hotel were excellent. All the staff have been well trained in customer care and are a credit to the management. The price for drinks in the bars seemed a little excessive and the entertainment was at best average |

cleanliness and breakfast was great;) to far from the beach, to short opening for dinner, no food after clock 10.30. The bar with the pool served not good food, we could not eat it... We think when the hotel is so far from restaurants and supermarkets, you have to by poor food on the hotel, and you can not by drinks if the bar is closed. The minibar was poor, there was almost nothing.. 2 coke, 2 beer, 2 water, small whisky and portwine... too bad!! The minibar was filled one time under our stay, they staff said that they will fill it up, but it never happens, and we did not ask for nothing more at once, we just want to go home!! |

i have been going back to this hotel for many years and find it most comfortable.it is well situated to a beach however,i believe you need a car to fully explore the excellent beaches some 10/20 mins drive away. the breakfasts could be a little more varied.the adveritised hot buffet is not all that it could be. |

Friendly staff; especially reception and pool bar, nice peaceful location in relation to local beaches (15 minutes walk to Sao Rafael beach which was our favorite) and Albufeira (10 mins hotel courtesy bus or taxi). Bedroom carpets marked and could do with a clean. Bathroom towels rather thin. |

I thought the hotel itself was great the cleaning staff and porter where extremely nice both pools were really nice and the pool bar was great shame it closes so early The piano bar was the only bad thing about the hotel they don't want you to stand at the bar and order your drinks they want you to sit down and have them take your order and bring you your drink which would be perfectly fine if it didn't take them 20 mins to do all this |

Da vista do quarto e do espaço interior do mesmo Possibilidade de uma ficha electrica na casa-de-banho para ligar um aparelho electrico para hig dentária. Melhor controlo dos aprovisionamentos na casa-de-banho, ou seja, reforço sem ter de ser solicitado |

Está situado en una zona tranquila, cercanía a la playa y a zona de Albufeira. Buena piscina y zona de solarium. Buena relación precio- servicios. El parking pequeño y sin sombra. Mejorar el acceso de la carretera al hotel. Ampliar horarios del autobús del hotel para recojer a los huéspedes en los desplazamientos a Albufeira (sobre todo incluir una recojida nocturna -entre las 22 y 23 horas-). |

Es un hotel bastante nuevo y con habitaciones grandes y bien equipadas. Tiene un a piscina muy grande y un restaurante a "la carte" impresionante la limpieza de la habitacion. Había algo de polvo. Faltaba una rampa para los carros de bebe en la planta inferior. |

O que mais me agradou foram as instalações, que julgo adequadas ao preço praticado pela unidade hoteleira, tendo em conta a altura do ano. A relação qualidade/preço do buffet do jantar é bastante desadequada,no sentido de o mesmo pecar pela pouca variedade. |
