Hotel Baia Grande is a new top quality 4-star resort with a relaxed holiday atmosphere, which offers an outside swimming pool, an inside heated pool, a jacuzzi, a sauna, restaurant "Mermaid" with a buffet service, restaurant "Albufeira" with dishes á la carte, a piano bar, a pool bar/ restaurant, 1 conference room with a capacity for approximately 350 persons and spacious rooms with air-conditioning.

Piano Bar:
Situated on the reception level, with a pleasant view over the sea, it offers live music and a perfect atmosphere for a pleasant evening.

Bar/Restaurant Neptuno:
Situated on the pool area and open during the summer time, it is opened all day long for snacks and drinks.

Banqueting:
Restaurant S. Rafael:
This is a large restaurant which is especially designed for banqueting, private parties and special occasions, with a capacity of aprox. 350 people.

Way too far out of the main town,with really nothing around it, no facilities in the room, even to make a cup of tea, not a 4 star hotel

The location was good and courtesy bus provided by hotel was good.

The standard of food provided was poor and not value for money and as a consequence we ate out every night. Glad we were only on a B & B basis.

Satellite TV was 2 channels really very limited

O ambiente muito agradável. As refeições, pequeno almoço e jantar, também muito bem confeccionadas e variadas. Foi um fim de semana muito agradável proporcionado pelas boas condições do hotel.

As piscinas (interior e exterior) deveriam ser remodeladas. Necessitam de pequenas obras de reparação.

Er is iedere avond een avondprogramma in de bar bij de receptie, het diner (a la carte) was goed.

Ontbijtbuffet stelt weinig voor (zeker geen 4* niveau), handdoeken worden eens in de 2 dagen vervangen om kosten te sparen, geen koffie/thee faciliteiten op de kamer, binnenzwembad/jacuzzi zou renovatie kunnen gebruiken, sporttoestelen zijn nodig aan vervanging toe, op eigen gelegenheid nauwelijks/niet bij strand te komen!
