The location of the hotel is excellent: within easy walking distance of a number of "sites"; shopping; and some of the best new restaurants. The roof top deck has wonderful views over the river. Our request for a quiet room was honored. The young staff tries hard,but often just did not seem to really know how to provide service. Our wake up call for 6 am on the morning of our international flight never came.....It was a struggle to obtain a dinner reservation in the hotel's restaurant...there seemed to be no accomodation for hotel guests. |

Wij waren zeer tevreden over dit hotel o.a. de ligging , de properheid van de kamer en vooral de attente en ook de persoonlijke service van het personeel . De kamers waren iets aan de kleine kant voor een 5 sterren hotel |

Para além de gostar da localização privilegiada do hotel, achei-o bastante acolhedor não só em termos do espaço em si, quartos, corredores, restaurante, como também ao nível da abordagem dos empregados para com os clientes. Foram sempre atenciosos e simpáticos.Enfatizo tb o gosto na decoração do hotel. |

Zeer goede locatie in de stad. Stijlvol en fraai. Adequaat restaurant. Moderne aangename bar. Geen 5 sterren luxe: belabberde minibar met geen goede glazen, weinig handdoeken, congierge vaak niet aanwezig of zichtbaar. |

Tudo! O acolhimento desde que parámos o carro em frente do Hotel, entrámos na recepçao, aí fomos acolhidos pelo que senti serem diferentes níveis na hierarquia do Hotel, fomos acompanhados ao quarto, nos passaram em revista todas as facilidades existentes, nos serviram o jantar no Restaurante Flores, o pequeno-almoço "de festa" ... pudémos assistir a um bom serão de jazz, nos mimaram com uma... ... decoração em que flores, bom-gosto, arte de bem saber receber andaram invariavelmente de mãos dadas. como, em prinípio e final de manhã, a Adélia nos fez sentir sermos "os" clientes... e não apenas mais um cliente.Manter. Apenas manter o nível de acolhimento, serviço, simpatia. E o sucesso será garantido neste nosso portfolio de boas referências de Portugal para o Mundo. Muito obrigada. Parabé |
