Hotel staff is absolutely fantastic ! Ten out of ten. Very friendly and helpfull. Only thing was bad we forgot to leave a tip for room maid. Sorry for that ! Breakfast could be slightly better.

Service was really excellent, each staff member was so friendly and helpful! The bar on the roof terrace is amazing, with the best Caipirinhas and the hotel localization is just perfect closed to shopping areas and in the bar/restaurant district. Our room (prestige one) was great with a superb old style bathroom , it is a wonderful place for a romantic stay with your beloved one! Everything was amazing to the smallest details!

The staff made us feel very welcome in a personal way, taking plenty of time to explain the features of the room and the services available in the hotel - the restaurant, the roof-top lounge and the 3-level bar. Many hotels of this quality feel a bit stuffy, whereas the Bairro Alto felt comfortably relaxed but confident. Apparently the hotel isn't well-known. Our taxi driver from the airport had to stop 2 or 3 times to ask for directions.

La posizione dell'hotel e' eccezionale in zona vivace e giovane, I servizi sono molto elevati con una terrazza con vista sulla citta' dove consumare l'aperitivo. Il personale e' gentilissimo e molto disponibile e le camere arredate con molto gusto. Unico neo le dimensioni molto piccole del bagno non adeguate alle caratteristiche dell'hotel Ho scelto una camera matrimoniale superior ed il bagno era di dimensioni inadeguate per il livello dell'albergo.

Le personnel assure un service particulièrement aimable. L'emplacement est parfait pour visiter la ville. Le petit déjeuner est varié et bon. La terrasse-café et sa vue permettent un moment de détente très agréable. La salle de bain manque de chauffage

Fiquei hospedado no Bairro Alto Hotel de 16 a 21 de novembro de 2011. o lugar é perfeito. Muito bem localizado. Podíamos ir jantar a noite nos melhores restaurantes de Lisboa caminhando. O staff, seja na portaria, no bar do térreo ou no da da cobertura (com a melhor vista de Lisboa), ou do restaurante onde é servido o café da manhã, todos eram gentis, atenciosos e sabiam informar sobre tudo da cidade. Aliás, o café da manha é excelente. Além disso, ficamos no quarto Deluxe, que fica de esquina: de um lado do terraço é possível ver a Praça Luis de Camões e do outro, o rio Tejo. Outro ponto importante é que os quartos têm vidro duplo e, então, apesar do hotel estar localizado no meio do agito do Chiado e do Bairro Alto, ao entrar no quarto, estamos cercados de tranqüilidade. é um dos melhores hotéis em que já me hospedei. Tem estilo. Ao contrario dessas grandes redes de hotéis cinco estrelas, o Bairro Alto faz o hóspede se sentir único, em sua própria casa. Eu realmente recomendo o hotel!

O bairo e'um bom lugar para se hospedar, muito bem localizado, mas precisei mudar de hotel, pois a modificacao que fizereram este mes, de nao poder entrar carro em um grande periodo do dia , impossibilitando de deixar a malas no hotel quando se chega de viagem.Foi terrivel ! o tratamento do gerente foi impecavel . mas dos outros funcionarios deixou muito a desejar. Nao recomendo este hotel. Sonia

L'hôtel Bairro Alto est très bien situé, il est très confortable, luxueux, très propre, décoré avec goût, le personnel est accueillant et professionnel, le petit déjeuner est bon et copieux. L'isolation phonique est excellente. Mais le confort a un prix...

Stort fint och välstädat rum (Superior). Bodde där tre nätter på vår bröllopsresa och fick verkligen bästa tänkbara servicen. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Bra frukost, men inget speciellt. Att behöva betala 20 euro extra per person för att få frukosten till rummet är löjligt mycket för dyrt.
