Named after Lisbon’s fashionable Bairro Alto district in Lisbon, this 5-star boutique hotel offers luxurious rooms with a flat-screen TV. The entir staff were great. Roof top terrace bar a must Very good breakfast The size of the room and bathroom.. way toooo small and we had a superior room, a regular double must all bed and difficult to move around in. Also not enough closet space to hand cloths

Adoramos o hotel. Muito bem localizado, staff muito atencioso e muito confortável. Excelente pequeno almoço Só nao gostamos do facto do terraço ser de acesso geral. Qualquer pessoa estranha ao hotel tinha acesso aos quartos.

Perfect location, a very short walk to both the old town (Bairro Alto) and the shopping district (Chiado). Very quiet and dark rooms with great noise insulation. Great staff. Great rooftop terrace for drinks. Expensive

Location, friendly staff Hotel has a big problem with running water. The cold water stopped while I was in the shower and received burns of moderate intensity from hot water for which I had to seek treatment. Next morning there was no running water for a long time. The restaurant staff were rather laid back and it took them 20 minutes to make an omelet after two reminders!

Our stay was very pleasant here and we would definitely consider going back to the same hotel again for a longer stay. The breakfast we had was one of the very best I had ever had in Europe. Delicious!

The staff at the hotel were among the most hospitable that I have ever encountered. The food in the restaurant was great and the roof deck had great small bites and wine. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

L'accueil du personnel quasi parfait, le petit dejeuner trés bien achallandé, la chambre cosy et la situation géographique excellente en plein coeur de Lisbonne. rien. Cet hôtel est trés bien.

la situation salle de petit-déjeuner très inconfortable (genre cantine) et bruiant, impossible de se reposer les portes des chambres vous réveillent toute la nuit. Très déçu!!!! je ne recommande pas cet hôtel!!!!!

La grandeur des chambres et des salles de bains. La terrasse Le petit déjeuner Le fauteuil roulant à disposition La situation dans la ville. Tout était parfait surtout la gentillesse du personnel . J ai tout apprécié mais si il faut faire une critique , la salle de petit déjeuner est peu être un peu petite par rapport au nombre de chambres.

Sehr gutes Hotel mittem im Herzen der Altstadt Lissabon. te extra gezahlt werden Internet Anschluß oder WiFi mußte extra gezahlt werden. Für ein 5 Sterne Hotel nicht zu akzeptieren.
