The accommodation was clean bright and had everything you would require in a regular home. The grounds were beautifully kept and the standards throughout the complex were maintained well. We had stayed here 8 years ago, and were please then and not disappointed now.

Lunch in the restaurant was not of a particularly good quality.

We liked the spacious grounds and layout of the village. The gardens and pool areas were attractive and well maintained. The apartment was spacious and well designed. It was also clean when we arrived and kept clean by daily housekeeping.

Our apartment was in need of refurbishment (e.g. the enamel on one of the baths was in poor condition and the sofa bed was well past it sellby date) although the decor was fresh and clean. As the weather was cool during our stay the apartment felt cold and damp and we needed to keep the heating on or bedding and clothes etc soon felt damp again.

We booked a standard apartment and received a superior one instead. The washer and dryer came in real handy for those two weeks, especially travelling with children. The apartment was beautiful, very comfortable, and we backed onto the driving range which gave us some peace and quiet, not like the ones that backed onto the pools. Everyone was amazing. We even had parking infront for our rental car and it was included in the price, not like in Lisbon! Close to Sta. Eulalia beach which is amazing. 5-10 min drive to the restaurant strips. Great location.

We had a small infestation of ants near the entrance door that the staff were oblivious to. The cleaning staff always came at the same time when we were still in the apartment, we're late risers, even after asking them to come later. No big deal though.

The pools were nice and clean and because there were 5 of them, none of them were overcrowded. Also the environment was clean and safe and beautiful. Also the guests were nice and considerate - no late parties or drunk british people!

The apartment was exceptional, very spacious, clean and very well equipped. The maids came every day and were really nice as were the majority of the other staff. The village complex itself was fantastic, in our opinion, the pools were situated in landscaped gardens and were not too overcrowded, getting a sun bed was never a problem. The tennis facilities were excellent, but we didn't use the health club as the day we went the steam and jacuzzi were not on. The supermarket on site was also very good and not too over priced. The site was very relaxed and peaceful which we liked, although you are only a taxi ride away from the main strip of Albufeira and the old town (much nicer) if you wanted bars, restaurants and clubs. We travelled as a party of 2 Adults, 2 Teenagers and 1, 8 year old.

We felt the bar staff lacked the concept of good customer service as we were often waiting a long time to be served drinks and ice creams whilst there were several staff behind the bar area.
