I like the fact Balaia is so spacious - there are so many pools your not under pressure for beds...its central to Albuferia and the beach. |

Great facilities, Kids Club etc. Staff were friendly and always wiling to help (I was recovering from a knee operation). Rooms clean and comfrotabl. Brilliant if you play golf but equaly good just to relax. Restaurants were good, if a bit pricey. There was a short walk involved to some activities / swimming pools, some of which were hilly, not recomended for people with mobility difficulties. You need transport to move away from the hotel, as it it out of the town area. |

A relaxed easygoing environment, Apartments are well equipped. The local supermarket was great & the daily fresh bakery. Even the fact that we had a TV kept the teenagers with us happy. We also had a 1 year old with us the apartment made things alot easier for us. You were a short taxi trip to the strip or the old town. |

the apartment was very spacious and close to the complexes amenities. The reception staff were extremly helpfull. the complex grounds were beautiful and were well kept. We liked the traditonal look of the apartments. and there were beautiful beaches reasonably close and accesable since we had three children under 5 years of age |

The golf, however expensive for a small course. The room was great, even rooms far from reception are really good and clean. Yes, the service at the club house was very bad, enough to consider not returning. Definitely recommend booking accommodation only, don't bother paying for the breakfast, canned sausages...not even worth talking aboout it. Shame because the rest was great. |

We enjoyed the privacy and comfort. Even though the apartment was on the third floor, I was able to navigate the stairs without too many arthritic issues. The convenience of a kitchenette was excellent service, even though some convenience items were not available (coffee mugs, napkins, etc.). Overall, very good. TV set was 13 inches; way too small for viewing. Living room furniture was sparse and uncomfortable. The bed was hard and the pillows small. Room was only cleaned after the third day of our stay, but fine thereafter. Parking was at a premium. |

The 2 bedroom apt was quite large and had a good sized kitchen. The tv had spanish, german and english stations via satillite. There is a small grocery store on the property with a fair selection. It is a five minute drive into the city. |

The facilities at Balaia are excellent. We particularly enjoyed the golf facilities - the golf course is beautifully maintained and there is a very good practice area - great for beginners. We stayed in March and were struck by the peacefulness of the place - lots of space, no overcrowding. |

The appartment was spacious and clean. All the things were there to make our stay comfortable. Great for the children to have the garden area outside to play in It was a shame that all pools are not heated outside. It would be good also to have a few more children's activities too. There are also no information boards in English to tell you what is going on eg trips etc |

Location in relation to other attractions was better than antipated. Well planned out village. Beautiful garden like setting with manicured landscaping...very pleasant views throughout the complex. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots/pans, plates etc. Dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer, Microwave, small Washer/Dryer etc were convenient in the 2 bedroom accommodation we had. Rooms were musty and damp due to time of year and being closed up prior to arrival. Little air exchange/poor ventillation. Luke warm water at best. |

Everything. Very quite and peaceful. Lovely appartments with fabulous 6 swimming pools. Perfect for families with younger children. Really nice feel to the place and the gardens were spotlesss. Lack of evening entertainment. |
