Maten var mycket bra i hotellets restaurang

Internet fungerade uselt.

Vi bodde i en MYCKET rymlig lgh med alla bekvämligheter - tvättmaskin, torktumlare, diskmaskin, micro. Köket var riktigt bra utrustat. Det fanns allt man behöver! Badrummen var fräscha och stora. Vardagsrummet hade stor matplats, två soffor, platt-tv och en uppmurad "fejk öppenspis" - mycket trevligt! Två uteplatser direkt mot gräsmattor. Man hade känsla av egen trädgård med mycket stora ytor för bollspel mm. Vi bodde vid "Musse-poolen" (ses på flera bilder) där kids club samt lekplats låg - jättebra för våra två barn (3,5 och 5,5 år gamla). Det fanns 5 poolområden alla med barnpool. Inomhuspool med jacuzzi, härligt! Fin strand 5 min från hotellet - ganska brant väg ner.. Jag rekommenderar VERKLIGEN detta hotell, perfekt för barn!

Det lilla vi skulle kunna klaga på var att sängarna var ganska hårda samt att hotellet ligger mittemellan två "byar" eller shoppingområden, vilket ofta ledde till att vi inte orkade ta oss iväg på kvällspromenader i små butiker etc. Det var dock bara ca 1-1,5 km till dessa och kostade 4 Euro med taxi...

The restaurant beside our apartment 752 (think it was the golf restaurant not the Veranda as we never ate there) served lovely food and we ate there 2 nights on our 5 night stay. The pool beside our apartment was lovely and very relaxing. The superior apartment was very spacious and clean although there was no air conditioning. I would recommend your hotel but I would point out about the air conditioning and that you'd need to request air conditioning before your stay.

One fault would be that there was no air conditioning in our apartment. This was very disappointing and although it was not something we had requested, I would have imagined it was something standard that you would have provided. We did notice other apartments in our vacinity had so why could it not be in all the apartments. It was extremely hot to sleep in at night and was uncomfortable. One other thing would be that the showers leaked down the side of the baths in both bathrooms which was dangerous as it caused a slipping hazard. Shower curtains are not an appropriate solution, a shower door would be much more suitable.

No air con in apartment. Terrible to try & sleep in. Dont go here if you like a bit of luxury not value for money. Booked a superior room would not have liked to have seen what other rooms were like.

The apartment was very good value, ideally located, spacious and would use again in the future

We were situated right beside the pool which was nice. our superior t2 appartment was on the ground floor which was great with a toddler.

We booked a superior t2 appartment and 2 of our balcony doors did not lock which was a bit scary until they were fixed???? But even then they did not lock.

Pool, driving range

Had noisey neighbours upstairs - but no sound insulation. We could even hear the bathroom noises, and the golf balls rolling on the floor upstairs - at 4.oo am !

Friendly staff, ease of access

The woman at reception was very friendly & helpful. Our Superior 2BR apartment was perfect for us & very clean. We loved the proximity to the beach. The Veranda Restaurant had good food and was very family friendly casual, so you don't have to worry about getting everyone all dressed up. The pools were great. Although we did not use the Kids Club, it looked like a lot of fun! The grounds were very well kept & clean. Big plus on the cleanliness of everything. We felt it was a great place & not very expensive.

Although we liked our Superior Apartment, the showers were not good. n both bathrooms, you had to hold the shower sprayer b/c the holder did not support the shower head.

The village is a good built construction on a nice location. This is ideal for families or friends to spend even a weekend or relax for some days.

Very pleasant place, neat, calm and not very crowded (at least at the time of our stay).

No WiFi Internet and overpriced wired Internet. The bathtub in our apartment wasn't cleaned at all during the whole stay.

The maid service was excellent and they were very nice. Facilities were very good and restaraunt was top class.

Reception staff and other maintenance staff could have been friendlier, I thought they were distant and indifferent.
