Simple, Nice room. Shower has enough water.

Really noisy place: poor walls, doors are impossible to close nicely. Also lights of corridor disterbed us through window of door.

Location is good. The rooms were clean. Fingerprint system is cool :)

Poor breakfast, actually was cereals flake and hot water if you like tea. noisy room, you heard when somebody go in or outside of the apartment.

The room was big and really confortable. Its a good value for money.

It was really noisy, especially when the doors were opening and closing. Besides it doesnt have any air conditionating or heating, so last week it was pretty cold the room.

I loved the friendly staff, the cleanliness and the location. It's also a very calm and quiet hostel which I loved as I usually return to the hostel to rest, otherwise I'm out and about. You're right near the Avenida de Liberdad and just a short walk from the city center. Right around the corner is the Botanical garden and the museum of natural history. The parks of amoreiras, Eduardo VII and Principe Real are also within walking distance. I really had a great stay and can't wait to come back!

The only thing that I didn't like was the pillows. They're very thin which is not what I'm used to. That's personal taste though and by folding it in half I still slept fine.

Large rooms with balconies. Friendly staff. You can use the kitchen anytime.

Cold. Very cold. Unconfortable bed. Troubles with hot water. Poor brekfast.

One of the receptionist is very rude and impolite, yeah, you know who i'm talking about, the fat one. The first word she said to us is:" Are you NUTS?" And then she insulted us very badly that ruined our trip in Lisbon. If you want to have a good time in the city, wish you don't come across her, or not, your time will definitely be ruined totally.

Good value for money! One of the girls is very friendly, gives great advice and is very helpful. Very good services for a hostel.

The other receptionist could (and should!) be nicer, as this hotel is clearly youth-oriented. The beds could be bigger (I'm 1.80m and struggled to fit in my bed).

We were in town for a wedding and it was just around the corner from the more expensive hotel where most people were staying. It was a charming old building with nice updated rooms. We liked the balcony and private bathroom. The staff was friendly, and the kitchen was clean. The fingerprint entry is cool.

It was cold during our stay. There was no heat in the building and it was actually colder inside than outside. Also, the room was so humid that the towels they gave us did not dry the entire time we were there (4 nights) and started to smell like mildew. If there was some heat it might have evaporated the moisture. The beds were wet and our clothes were too by the end of the stay. Also, there wasn't really breakfast, just bread, a box of cereal, and some apples. We were happy to go because we were so cold and wet. Otherwise, we liked it! Don't stay in the winter!

It´s a nice place, if you´re not looking for a luxury place! It worth the money you pay, everything were clean, and the staff were very friendly! It´s a simple but cosy place.

The place was a little bit cold, if they had a heating would be better. The towels didn´t get dry.

Well, it was a hostel after all. Simple, not fancy, like a dorm

Recepcionist Maria, she is the best!!)) She was so nice, so sociable, so helpful, so responsive) The hostel is situated in a very good place, not far from the center, not far from the airport. They have cool door locks, you can open it with a fingerprint%)

The reason why I've given an 'average' rating for the hotel staff is that while Corina was very nice and helpful the other receptionist Anna was extremely abnoxious and rude. She is ill-suited to a job in the tourism industry and should preferably work in a sector which requires little or no contact with other human beings

It's very comfortable. There was a fingerprint and you enter the hostel by presenting it. You have a locker in the rooms, there is a washing machine, computer, printer and free wi-fi access. You can find everything you need at lowest prices!

The staff was very friendly, the price was great and the location is excellent. It's really close to the city center and it takes less than 10 euros to reach it by a cab from the airport.

The staff was fabulous, friendly and helpful - and always available at any hour. They have a luggage storage room which came very handy when I travelled north for a night. It was both clean and great value for the price. I really enjoyed the staff and my stay at the hostel.

Although it is close to the metro... it is an easy walk to the metro but is a steep walk back up to the hostel from the metro.

I was pleasently surprised by the way the hostel was kept. Its very clean and comfortable and staff is really helpful and friendly. It also has great location- very close to metro station and its even convinient for taking a walk to city centre!
