Excellent & friendly staff, clean hotel. The major point is location. The hotel is one of the oldest hotel in Lisbon and there is in the city centre.

The hotel is good quality for money and the staff was friendly There is not much ventilation in the rooms and it felt dusty, because of the carpet.

Location near to train station, helpful staff It is not a 4 stars hotel, it's 3. I've booked 3 double rooms - two of them were twin... During 4 days stay cosmetics were not replaced, no water in the room, no frig. Dark grey towels? - misunderstanding....

Location, parking Air-con did not work properly and staff were unhelpful about getting it fixed. Window did not open. Lesser hotels we stayed in were cheaper and better.

I booked this hotel for its location,I was attending A concert in the near by campo pequeno.very handy for this venue. bar area very small.hotel very close to flight path.

Location was 5 minutes from Campo Pequeno, with lovely restaurants at the arena. Metro station (Picoas) is about 10-15 minutes walk away, as are the stops for the hop-on-hop-off buses. Quiet location, more of a business area, but metro takes you to town and places like Bairro Alto in less than 10 minutes. Staff was very helpful as well. Good value for money.

THe problems that we encountered with our room were dealt with efficiently and with courtesy This is a hotel which is rated four star.Unfortunately (probably due to the financial climate at the moment)it needs an injection of tlc.A little sad and in need of a good refurb.No more than three star at best.
