Vip Executive Barcelona Hotel  

Very good ratio quality/price. Located in a modern area of Lisbon this hotel is suitable both for those who want to visit the city (there is a metro station in nearby) or want to go to the airport.

The location is good, close to the metro station, and there are a good quality and price chinese restaurant and pizza bar, some nice shops in the surroundings within walking distance. The breakfast was good too.

There is a lady in the reception. She looks like a bit higher rank person. She was so so so impatient and so so so impolite to guests. I was confused about whether the figure I saw from my credit card record was just a preauthorized or I actually paid already. She talked to me: "Listen! That is just a preauthority, you didn't paid yet!you have to pay!" I didn't say I was not going to pay. I just wanted to take one minute to make everything clear. I don't feel I was respected like a guest, I feel like I am the one who owe her millions of dollars. I asked info about hiring taxi, she treated me the same: "Listen! We are open 24 hours. When you need it, you ask the personnel on duty at that time!" She didn't treat me in a right way, although I treated her still with respects. The card of the door had some problems, another guest came to her for exchanging new card. She stared at that guest and said:" Card doesn't work. Tell me your room Nr! " She completely doesn't use "please", only using the order tone. I don't recommend this hotel. She treats everybody like this, not only me as I could see. Please don't live in there if you want the basic respect and if you don't want to ruin your good traveling mood!!!!!

It is simple but clean and has everything one needs in a business trip.

It was a clean, comfortable, economical hotel with very helpful staff, close to the airport and taxi service just across the street

Tv was quite old and small.

Excelent location, friendly, neat, very good prive / quality relation. The u/ground garage is a big plus.

Breakfast - good range and quantity of food on offer

Too far from the centre so too far to come back early evening for a nap and shower before going out again in the evening

Very friendly and helpful staff, and well located, only about a 10 minute walk from the Metro and close to the city and also the Airport Although room was small, it was comfortable and clean and in general, a good hotel for the price. There is also a Taxi rank just outside the hotel, about 15 minutes by taxi to the Airport, which cost us only 10 euros, including luggage.

No free Wi-fi, but they have wi-fi facilities and you can either pay 1 euro for a period of 15 minutes, or 10 euros for 24 hours. There is also a printer at the reception computter which is helpful to print your airline boarding passes.

The price was fine for the place. we paid 60 euro for a double room. The rooms are of good size. Did not have breakfast.

This hotel is a good 3 star hotel, but never 4! Even on the official website it shows 3 stars. Very basic amenities, super small TV. Public transportation is 5 minute walk from the hotel, but getting to the centre takes a bit of time. We discovered only Pizza hut in the neighbourhood, but there are also a few cafe places for breakfast. No free internet. Would rather stay in a different place if travel again.

It is situated close to the underground station.

It looks more like 3 star hotel. Definitely not 4 star hotel. The furniture looks very old fashioned. The hotel needs a reconstruction.

Good position near metro station Campo Pequeno. King size suite for a good price, powerful ac.

Wifi too expensive Little bit noise from opposite building's ventilation system on the 12th floor and smell of kitchen coming sometimes from vents in the bathroom.
