Location was excellent, very close to Central Station and everything I needed. Wifi was adequate and the hotel overall looked nice.
The room was for a single but was a tiny loft conversion with no ventilation, you can't even open the wardrobe and the bed was a single with no headboard which is didn't expect in this category of hotel. I will be honest that I didn't see a normal room.
The room, location, staff and the WiFi all were very helpful during our stay. You will find nearby different restaurants and transportation.
WiFi has to be renew every day. Shower did not have too much pressure.
Location was good - some way from the centre of the city, but near the University and good transport. The bedroom was comfortable and enlivened by a "Miro" painting on the wall. A small terrace proved invaluable. Breakfast good, apart from the coffee which was disappointing. Staff extremely helpful.
Coffee at breakfast - from a machine - was disappointing.
We were very tired when we arrived there late at night, our flight was delayed as we flew from Amsterdam but the person at the reception was very lovely and let us check in the middle of the night. The room and bathroom were very cosy and clean and the massive bed was the best size for two tired people to starfish on after having traveled a long way. Also in the morning we were still quite exhausted so we ordered room service breakfast and we had more than enough food. Last but not the least, the price is very reasonable. I am definitely going back there next time I am in Lisbon.
the internet connection was very poor
Breakfast was excellent. Cleanliness good.
Very bad wi-fi connection, need to improve.
Very close to public transport 15-20 city centre , nice and clean , very frenidly staff and helpful , great TV in English others too
Beds a bit hard and pillows and you always had to log onto the wifi , the noise from the aeroplanes was a bit loud but we were so tired from being out all day we slept no bother
i really enjoy my stay, everything was cool
It was clean. Big and comfort bed. Large bedroom and bathroom. Near to metro station on yellow line of subway (3 min on foot) and 10 min to a station on blue line. Safe neighborhood. Good price for parking. Next to the Pizza Hut. 15 min walking to a big mall, El Corte Inglise shopping center with diverse foodcourt and lots of famous stores.
Soundproofing between rooms is not ideal, especially in the bathroom you can hear the water sounds of other rooms. TV was 24 inch. Near the table there is no inlet to plug in your laptop or charge your cellphone.
Location good for campo peqeno
Noise from other guests with children
Efficient and friendly staff. Room cleaned each day to a good standard. Looked after my bag after check out as flight much later in day.
Lack of iron in room. Unable to use room safe. Wifi was too sporadic but probably due to other users.
Location is just great, close to the subway stop
I booked a non-smoking room, but they gave me a smoking room. The first night I asked them to change, they said there was no room available. Since I was really tired I didn't have energy to ask for the change again. But for me, it has made me feeling not so good about the service of the hotel.
(1) Friendly staff (2) Knowledgeable staff (3) The rooms are quite big and comes with an extra bed (4) Good place to stay for a reasonable price (5) Exceptionally clean and European like
(1)The price is a lot more when paying cash than with credit card. (2) The slamming/closing of other bedroom doors can be annoying if you are a light sleeper like me. (3) Breakfast is overpriced, but it seems to be that way almost everywhere. (4) Airplanes overhead could pose a problem if you are a light sleeper.
Price Clean Location
Wi-Fi was rather slow and you had to request a password to the front desk every 24hr for each device! No fixed cleaning time, they could come at 9AM or at 4PM, just crazy Pillows were very hard, did not provide much comfort No snack variety (actually only peanuts!!)
Too far from the main tourist areas
The location is not in the centre and not near the centre.
Nice hotel, the rooms good and large. Kind staff. Breakfast was OK. Garage parking was good and cheap.
Breakfast was a little bit poor, difficult to find product with less sugar. They had some fresh fruit but otherwise fruitsallad with sugar... The hotel has no restaurant and there is none in the nearby, only Pizza Hut. It says 4 stars but I would more class it as a 3 stars.
1) The staff don't say good morning/evening to people. You get in and out of the hotel and at the front desk they don't even look at you. 2) the shower dont have any pressure! You take a shower with some drops of water....
The room was excellent, and very good value for the price (discounted at time of purchase). Staff at reception were generally friendly and helpful.
No real complaints.
Staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Thank goodness for air conditioning though, because I think it would have been rather stuffy without that facility for sure.
The noise of aircraft taking off or landing, passing by my window on 11th floor which I was not warned about before making a choice between upper floor or lower floor. I was checked at breakfast but other guests just sauntered in which made me feel like I was pulling a fast one and attempting to get a free breakfast. You should issue tokens to guests. One token equals a breakfast. No token - no breakfast, simple and democratic, so then I won't have to endure a suspicious stare from the dining room staff on the two occasions I came down. She was only doing her job to be fair but could do without that uncomfortable feeling first thing in the morning. The coffee form the coffee machine was horrible.
Location; Comfort; Value for money
good location and staff，excellent wifi
We didnt actually stay at the 3K itself, because they were overbooked! We were not informed on this until we arrived and then they put us in a 'similar' room type in a different hotel (VIP Zurique). The similar room type at VIP Zurique was old and very smelly of smoke (and even chewing gum on top of the back of the bed!!!). If that is what 'similar' is like, I don't recommend to stay at the 3K at all. Considering all other hotels in Lisbon were already fully booked we didn't have much choice left.
Reasonable price, but other hotels in the area better for same price
Noise from planes on approach to airport.
