Also nearby taxi rank is very handy for early morning trip to airport. Too early for breakfast, the hotel staff prepared us a breakfast box. On another occasion a receptionist lent us his own umbrella which was very nice.

We would like to have a kettle available in room to be able to make own cups of tea.

Location is fine. 5 mins walk to Metro Station and Sants Train station.
I like to have a supermarket located just next block. Nice staff.

Firstly, the walls are as thin as paper. I personally can't fall asleep.
You can actually hear the conversation from the other room. And whenever
someone walks pass your room, you will definitely wake up by the noise.
Secondlly, the shower is very bad. Thirdly, I bet the beds are going to
break very soon. Horrible

Location was good for airport and city

Hotel said it had 1 resturant, however this did not serve lunch or dinner, this was misleading, and I would not have booked if I had known.

The easy and uncomplicated way to reserve a room via internet.

It is not a dislike, but being a bit far from the Airport during rush-hour traffic a fixed rate airport shuttle service would be a welcomed service, more so if arriving late in the evening or weekends when Taxi's increase their fares.

Staff was friendly and breakfast was good. Location is good but still
quite a walk to the closest metro station, though there is a taxi stand
right outside.

#1 - we requested a baby cot but the hotel did not have one, they sent
#someone to get one at another of their hotels but ended up calling at
#11:30pm (when we were all asleep) to ask if we still wanted it and it
#would be another 30minutes. #2 - the shower head sprayed all over the
#place, it was like being in a car wash! #3 - the room stank like old
#cigarette smoke even though its non-smoking
