location is great. You must get a new internet service to attract business customers like myself - i want WIFI in my room, and i want to be able to buy it for less money, to use it easily. the current server sign-up is complex. Visit other hotels and see how easy it is to use!! |

the price and value it offered nothing if price taken into consideration. Having wifi in rooms would have been a good though. |

I find the hotel to be very clean hotel, with good selection of food and fresh fruits for breakfast. Excellent services in that area. I didn't like the bed, it was like sleeping on a very hard surface for two weeks and my back was hurting so much from that bed, they need to do something about that. Also every time an airplane passes by the window vibrate as if it was going to break and was quite loud. |

Also nearby taxi rank is very handy for early morning trip to airport. Too early for breakfast, the hotel staff prepared us a breakfast box. On another occasion a receptionist lent us his own umbrella which was very nice. We would like to have a kettle available in room to be able to make own cups of tea. |

Location is fine. 5 mins walk to Metro Station and Sants Train station.
Firstly, the walls are as thin as paper. I personally can't fall asleep.

Location was good for airport and city Hotel said it had 1 resturant, however this did not serve lunch or dinner, this was misleading, and I would not have booked if I had known. |
