Friendly, helpful reception; pleasant room; easily accessible & generally comfortable except beds - see below The beds were exceedingly uncomfortable with bedsprings barely covered.Unfortunately we did not discover this until retiring when it was too late to request a change of room. This problem was reported to the desk the following morning and it was acknowledged that some mattresses were in a poor condition. However, it appears that the computer did not flag up those rooms affected!! Perhaps someone should reprogramme it as there appeared to be plenty of empty rooms available. |

Tem uma excelente comida no restaurante. muito bom serviço. O colchão da cama que dormimos necessita de ser mudado, pois apresenta um desgaste muito grande, inclusive as molas magoam o corpo. Impediu uma dormida tranquila, caso não existisse esse problema a estadia teria sido perfeita. |

Para uma situação de passagem como foi o nosso caso, é um hotel agradável, com as comodidades necessárias. O pequeno almoço é muito simples, pobre em fruta mas como o hotel tinha pouca ocupação compreende-se. Embora razoável é uma experiência a não repetir, até porque na minha opinião a cidade não é nada agradável.. |

properheid en goede service van de receptie (koffers werden naar de kamer gebracht door de receptionist) te weinig parasols bij het zwembad, geen stoelen op het balkon en in het restaurant werd alles apart berekend zoals brood, worst, kaas, olijven terwijl het op tafel gezet werd zonder te vragen en de huiswijn vonden wij erg duur euro 18.00 en er werd niet gevraagd om af te tekenen. |

Hotel muito calmo, bom alojamento, bem situado, empregados simpáticos, local óptimo para descanso. O pequeno almoço poderia ser um pouco melhor, embora o pequeno almoço seja o habitual nos nossos hoteis, parecia um pouco artificial, sem aquela sensação de pequeno almoço preparado com alguma satisfação. |

Aquando da reserva quis quarto fumador, no hotel nao se pode fumar. Televisao com apenas 5 canais. Horarios de restaurante desfazados em relacao a pessoas que visitem o hotel em trabalho, autoclismo avariado. Mini bar desligado, bebidas quentes numa cidade e semana em que as temperaturas chegaram aos 48 graus. Parque estacionamento muito pequeno, enchia com os veiculos dos empregados, pouca seguranca. |

Os funcionarios são muito atenciosos e simpaticos. O quarto é muito confortavel e limpo. Inclusive todo o hotel é bastante agradavel. Bom pequeno almoço, variado e numa sala extremamente agradavel. Bom para fim de semana em familia. |
