Located between the cities of Covilhã and Guard, Hotel Belsol offers picturesque views of the Zêzere Valley and the Serra da Estrela Mountains. The staff is very friendly and helpful and try to anticipate your needs. The view from the hotel on the mountains is amazing. It's near (5 min. drive) the medieval village of Belmonte.

Nice location, near the park with garden and swimming pool. Friendly staff, good restaurant, very attentive. Clean and comfortable room. Would like to visit more and stay for morte then one night.

Hotel Belsol is beautifully located for the journey from the Algarve to northern Spain and on to Santander for the ferry. The views across the Serra de Estrela are magnificent. The staff are friendly, the food in the restaurant is good, and overall it represents great value for money (why do hotels in the uk cost so much more?)

Proximity to Belmonte, a very interesting and historic town. Very comfortable rooms and excellent menu at a good price. We have stayed here twice before and will again as it is a good distance for us going north from Lagos.
