Location of the hotel I think it needs to be refurchished because the lifts, corridors and rooms have a very ow-level styçle. |

I like the relative close proximity to the Airport, but you might as well find a hotel in the city more and grab a city airport bus. I never like having to pay for internet use. It's such a cheap perk for a hotel to offer. The staff was not cheerful, I like to have nice people helping me. |

Close to the airport. Bar closed at 1 am and no minibar is present in the room. The sign of the hotel is broken (some light is visible, some light is broken) |

Staff were really friendly and extremely helpful. One of our party was unable to make the trip because of an accident and the staff did not charge for the room. In a good poistion for both the airport and the centre of Lisbon. The breakfast was first class. It felt as though were getting a five star service at much less than five star prices. |

Gostei da localização e do atendimento na recepção e do bar O quarto era exíguo, exactamente do tamanho da cama, casa de banho minuscula,a janela para umas traseiras barulhentas, sem mini-bar e sem uma garrafa de àgua sequer.pequeno almoço mto pobre |

A localização do hotel, perto de locais de interesse e do local onde tinha de me deslocar. O secador de cabelo existente no WC do quarto, instrumento de muito fraca qualidade, que me leva a perguntar para que serve, pois não tem qualquer potência para secar os cabelos. |

Le personnel a été serviable et réactif ce qui n'est pas négligeable. Il est dommage que l'acces wifi soit payant et disponible uniquement dans les salons. Vu le prix de la chambre il serait normal que cet accès soit compris dans le prix de la chambre et accessible depuis celle-ci. |

Fui bem atendida na entrada do hotel, mas o recepcionista da noite foi pouco amistoso. O estacionamento tb é bom por um preço justo. Ter WI FI nos quartos. Um hotel como este não justifica ter que se conectar com cabo. |
