Very good location - nice and quiet district,in spite of the fact that there are metro, bus and train station not far from of the hotel. Friendly staff who helped us as fast as possible. Room was very clean, the towels were changed every day, a little bit dark - there is a lack of light. It was a little bit noisy in the night because of planes, but it is a problem of Lissabon at whole we guess. We spent there 7 days and we liked this hotel. darkness in our room

1) Perfect location if you have an early flight from Portela (taxi is less than 10 euro) 2) Reception will help you order the taxi 3) Perfect location to reach the Entrecampos train station 1) Expensive internet 2) No shops to buy cheap water or snacks.

Improve the information regarding parking place for the guests. The hotel garage is very dangerous and extremely bad even for excellent drivers!

Hotel is clean and comfortable. Breakfast uninspiring. Would be nice with a kettle in the room for tea and coffee making. Quite a distance to central Lisbon sights.

Location and value for money. I use Berna since the early 90'S. There's no adequate noise cancellation. My room 209 requred a new paint specially on the walls base...

Very convenient to downtown Lisbon. They helped us to arrange city trips. They tried to charge us for telephone calls even although we had used calling cards. They did put the charges on my Visa Card.

I enjoyed staying at the vip inn Berna vip hotel, it was in a good location, not right in the city centre, but close enough to take a short bus ride or walk if feeling fit. The location was good for the airport and the airport bus was a short walk away. The breakfast was good and the room I had was great value for money. I would stay there again.

A walking distance to Campo Pequeno, which has a shopping mall with a grocery store. It is a bit far from the center of the town. Wi-fi is too expensive (10 Euros! It is cheaper if you pay for one-day pass of fon; 3 Euros). Also, for plus 10 Euros you might be able to get a better hotel in the center of town. I was annoyed that the hotel charged my credit card I used for booking.com, without asking.

Very well located, but better hotels are close by. No wireless in the rooms and you have to pay for it in the lobby. Missed that when booking but would never book again until they change this.
