rooms and personnel
noise. Sometimes it can get loud when filled up.
Breakfast Hot room
No minibar Very old AC Very old TV Very noisy bathroom No double bed n the room with crib.
Clean, quiet and comfortable. And very good value for money.
A bit out of central Lisbon.
Very good room service. Nice people on the reception. Good wifi speed. Near metro station. Clean rooms. Tasty breakfast.
Pictures better than real state - hotel is older than on pictures. Thin walls - noises from corridor and near rooms can be heard easily.
Localização e pessoal competente
Conservação da pintura deficiente
Location is good if you wanna stay close to downtown.
Room was not that clean, had better a few meters way in a previous trip for half the price. Breakfast it wasn't bad but left a bit to be desired, simple, regular.
Rooms were wery old and smelly. It really needs renovation! Just place to sleep if other same price hotels are sold out, not place to spend time.
Location was excellent for my requirements
The breakfast was not worth €7.50- The selection of breads and cakes was extremely poor. There was no toast machine.
Noise. The airconditi, there was noise from the outside. If the airconditioner was off and the window closed, it was too stuffy.
location is convenitent
too noise outside the windows, the door is not soundproof, too expensive for the weekend for such kind of hotel
Room was clean, bathroom and shower was fine. Free wifi in reception area
I asked for double bed and got twin singles. Walls appeared to be paper thin so I heard all noises, e.g. neighbouring guests having showers in the morning sounded as if water was pouring onto my ceiling. Some kind of drilling started in the hotel at about 07.30 and went on intermittently until 09.00. I could not sleep through that, Safety deposit box did not work. Phoned reception to be told it must need a new battery but one cannot be fitted now until tomorrow (it was about 17.00).
Nice decor and room Near metro
No WIFI in room Lift to room a considerable walk from front desk and entrance
It was clean and bed was reasonably comfortable. Near Metro and walking distance to old town.
Lack of character. Decor shabby and rather unappealing. Some of the staff not particularly welcoming.Poor wfi. Not value for the price.
Cleaning ladys was very good
The reception stuff and the old man in the bar needs to be changed missing customer focus.
Somes years ago was there for Expo 98, employers were better!
Relation price/acomodation i considered very expensive, the rrom in older part of building not fair!
Being close to the transport system. Staff, who good also understand English, willing to give practical advice. A multiple choice breakfast!
Some parts of the hotel could have a bit of a face-lift.
Hotel is a little bit old. Beds are small. Staff not very accommodating.
Bedrooms very clean and comfortable . Based on 2nd floor after girl Jessica on reception very kindly moved us from 10th floor ! Jessica very helpful in assisting with directions on map etc . Thank you! :-)
Lifts far too small and slow at times . Breakfast very little choice and no toast ! Bad value for money for 7 euro 50 . Not central location at all ! Disappointed ..
The location was near the metro route. The staff helpful Car park good
Our bedroom was extremely small. Had to slither side ways a long the foot of the bed & the curtain to get to the far side of the bed...Luckily my wife is slim!! Feel this was a single room rather than a double
Im in legal actions. They charge breakfasts not taken several days after you leave to avoid any query. Forget to sleep, if anyone wants to switch on cold or hot air, the noise will be terrible. Half of the rooms have an energy and climatization equipment views. Staff members dont want to help anybody.
Location is good, just accross corida, and next to metro and bus station. Cleaning ladies are really nice and efficent.
WiFi was non-existant, and staff was a bit rude. The breakfast wasnt worth the money,
Hotel was in a good position ,we had almost all walking distance.
Staff was extremelly cold and rude. With no will to work at all. Never smiling ( i think for a receptionist, smiling and be nice is half part of his/ her job, ) .there was expecially a girl, with the long hair , very acid and unkind. An other old blonde lady , instead, made us pay tickets for the subways more than they should cost. Just because we were turists there. About the room, was very simple but with no fridge bar. I think that kindness and gentle manners make an hotel good .i've never met a staff like and i' m talking about a 3 stars hotel. .....DON' T GO THERE !!!
To much noise
I had a booking for a double room with a double bed and I found a single bed. When I said that to them they answered that they don't have more rooms. Bad professionals.
during our stay there was no internet access
