All great. Not central, but quiet and it is easy enough to get to the centre. |

The stay was entirely pleasant and comfortable with no flaws in service or other annoyances. The only inconvenience was the lack of voice mail for receiving messages. |

I found the hotel to be extremely comfortable and the staff very helpful. The hotel environment was pleasing and well kept and the rooms very large as compared to most European hotels. The breakfast was excellent. |

The staff was fantastic: everybody tryied to help us answering to all questions about the town. Rooms were really confortable. The hotel is located not in the town center but in one of the most elegant districts of Porto. |

The hotel was a little further from the city center but well communicated by metro and buses. It was worth to stay further away in order to stay at Bessa hotel, which was really good value for a chic boutique hotel. If you can, choose the option to include breakfast, which was very good. The only things that I did not like so much was that the hotel charted for wi-fi (5 cents a minute) and it's gym (8 euros). However, it was convenient to use wi-fi and pay by minute rather than hour, although if you used it a lot, it would have been better a cheaper daily rate. They also had 2 computers in the lobby. |

The thing we liked the most was the variety of breakfast. The hotel had a good location which is good for people on holidays and in business. We also liked the hotel design. The air conditioning in the halls was too cold. The chambermaids made a lot of noise early in the morning. |

Location & staff, easy to park nearby. One of the best price/quality in Oporto... Wood floor in rooms instead of carpet would be great... |

We were given a twin room with no view and they changed it on our request to double with view without any comment. Very good neighborhood in the Boavista Area.Very clean and very comfortable. The quality of the finishings was not the best but this is applicable to all the buildings that were built in the past 2-3 years. The bathroom window could not be opened. |

This modern hotel is decorated to a high standard throughout, and was spotless. Excellent breakfast choices. The location is not fantastic but it is only 5 minutes walk to the Francos metro stop. The hotel is bordered on one side by an empty site which is very ugly unfortunately so the view is poor. |

Bessa is an elegant, classy, modern hotel. The room and the bathroom were very well-quipped, comfortable and stylish. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel can fairly easily be reached from the airport or the city centre by metro and other public transport. However, it is just a little too far from the city centre to go by foot. So, if you like a night on the town, the metro will bring you back until 01.00h. After that you'll have to get a taxi or have a long walk. |

Modern and comfortable hotel allowing you to rest. Excellent desserts in the restaurant. Thanks to special offer the rate was really fantastic. The hotel is off the city centre and is quite a walking distance to the metro, though the taxi is cheap. Parking could be free for hotel guests as well as wifi in rooms, as almost 4E per hour is ridiculous, and breakfast could be included in rate as well. But what surprised us the most that the reception staff run out of umbrellas on rainy day and were unable to advise us a good restaurant (both times we had been advised no more than average touristic place). |
