The hotel while being out of the centre a little was an inexpensive taxi ride away. The location was quite upmarket, quiet and near good bus connections. The room was superb and service good. |

Hotel was modern, clean and the rooms were huge. Staff provided excellent service and advice, and were very friendly. Location was a little bit out of the way but was relatively close to metro. Taxi fare to City Centre was also reasonable. |

This hotel is located quite far from downtown. However, it gives a great value for your money, especially if you're a business traveler like most of its guests. Rooms are clean and large, breakfast is good and the area is quiet. Don't go for the coffee though. Both bar and breakfast room use automatic cheap machines. Coffee as I mentioned, no pool, small lobby. Not a family hotel. |

The staff were really helpful and the room was nice, we got it cheaply so it felt like great value. I'd never stay there at the full rate though, mainly because it's out of our budget! |

Beautiful decoration, confortable rooms, good location... Being a couple, the fact that the double bed was just two beds put together with separate linen, was a bit of a let down; the bathroom should be the same temperature as the rest of the room; for the price payed, the internet should be free of charge; |

All new, modern, functional and stylish! Great mattress (important for travellers) and great bathroom with quality amenities. Close to the architecturally famous Casa da Musica - if you're into concerts and performances, one can book ahead online and take advantage of the proximity from the hotel. |

Extreme courtesy and professionalism of the staff, most especially. There were no instructions regarding the heating in the room and the thermometer rose to 27ºC before I had to call the desk for help! Only really negative point in an otherwise very pleasant, albeit brief, stay. |
