Very good hotel, with nice comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff and good restaurant with very professional service staff.

Spa in the bathroom was not working

For business it is perfect. Great value for money, friendly staff, fast internet, good restaurant etc. All expectations well met

Excellent rate, large rooms, overall quality

Litlle or no noise of traffic but maybe this was because we stayed Friday night. Bedroom windows could be opened, for fresh air! All v. comfy and well equipped.

Very good value for money

Room was very light and comfortable. Hotel restaurant & bar was also great.

I specifically booked the Deluxe Suite for my 10th wedding anniversary as it advertised a Jacuzzi on the terrace. This is the only reason I chose this hotel over more centrally located hotels. We arrived at our room and found the Jacuzzi to be empty so I called reception to ask for someone to fill it up only to be told that it was too cold to have the Jacuzzi operating! This didn't make any sense as despite it being the 12th October, the weather was a fantastic 70F and sunny, clear skies. Having paid extra for a Jacuzzi I would have liked to have decided if it was too cold to use it but it was clearly too much hassle for the hotel to go back on their arbitrary ruling!

For business travel it is perfect. Not the place to be as a tourist.

It was very close to the conference location which was at the Sheraton Porto Hotel. So I could walk. Furthermore it was nice to be able to travel with public transport from the airport to the hotel. Breakfast was fine and the hotels nice and peaceful. I enjoyed the fact that the hotel was not too big.

That there was sometimes in the public spaces of the hotel some sent of cigarette smoke. And that you had to pay extra EUR 4.- to make use of the gym. The massages offered were very expensive.

The staff were ever so friendly and helpful, offering a very warm welcome to the hotel. The size of room and commodity was superb and the restaurant was top notch. The bar service and light snacks were ideal after a long working day.

Maybe the lighting in the common areas could be improved slightly, otherwise it was a perfect urban hotel in all senses.

Deluxe suite with jacuzzi was enormous and great value for money. The breakfast buffet was also fantastic.

Some of the staff spoke poor English and that led to some confusion, but most of the time it wasn't a problem.

The design of the hotel was lovely and the furnishings were top quality.

The room service breakfast was not great

it is very nice design hotel, all back and red. Very clean. perfect use of the space. there is a game living room for kids, there is a librairy with 4 guest computers. there is relaxing space with coachs and magazines etc...all that with a very good sense of style. The restaurant is very good. Room are nice and roomy. We loved this hotel.

it is a little far from the city center but easy to access if you are driving (there are free parking at the frt of the hotel) or bus. it is not a bad thing if you dont feel like waking up in the middle of the city.

The general manager and staff were very friendly and proactive. They clearly work as a proud team and deserve success. It's stylish and comfortable, and you can open the bedroom window! The quiet room we requested, we got.

The Wifi Internet access was not working and no discount (for the lack of this offered service) was given, when requested.

I stayed here for a night. It's a new 4 star hotel that offers excellent value for money. The location is very good, quite easy to park outside, not so good if you plan to use the subway. Restaurant also good. Breakfast is excellent, better than in most 5 star hotels. Rooms are spacious and the restrooms are particularly large, with a window and with excellent materials. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Charging 6 Euros for a flask of hot water! We stayed in other hotels in Portugal during this holiday and none of them charged anything for hot water!

We had the "romance option" because it happened to be cheaper, and they provided a free bitrtle of bubbly and some chocolates within 15 mionuites of our arrival. That was excellent.

Quite a long walk to the metro station

The price/quality relation is constantly the best option in the city.

Friendly and professional staff. Great rooms and garage. Very good breakfast. Hotel is ideally situated close to highways.

Quality of the restaurant is good, but meals are too expensive. Furthermore the kitchen could not cope with the number of guests during the evening. Waiting times were much too long for all courses, and finally I cancelled desert as they still could not serve it one hour after the last course. This may not happen in a 4 star hotel. Waiter was very professional and did his utmost.
