bra service, bra personal.. helt undberbart hotell. Personalen alltid glada allitd bra bemötande. Man kände sig välkommen. lång tid innan man fick checka in på rummet. |

Fräscht, rent, modernt, lugna kvarter Mkt dålig service, bar, restaurang - nonchalans, ointresse, glömska. Här har hotellet ett förbättringsområde att rejält ta itu med. |

The staff at the desk is very helpful and friendly. The rooms are a nice size, and the beds are some of the best of any hotel I've ever stayed in! The neighborhood is also quite nice, between the city center and the beaches (although you must use drive or use public transport to access them). |

Everything! we traveller quite a lot and like chic hotels, well, this is one that I would recommend. Just like we wanted. We booked a package including a cellar visit when all the cellar tours in Porto are free. The package was higher because of breakfast, city tour bus and "cellar visit", which it seemed like the package was a real good-deal. At the end we spoke to the Manager who did not charge us for parking as we asked for an explanation. |
