very comfortable,attentive and helpful staff .excellent buffet breakfast with vast selecton of foods.nice relaxing bar with scenic views from outside terrace. once again ! internet not working,is it really that difficult to have it fixed! |

The room (4th floor) had outstanding views over Coimbra , there were tea/coffee making facilities and ample soaps etc in bathroom.The room seemed well soundproofed, we had an excellent nights sleep.The buffet breakfast (included in the price) provided a good choice between healthy and fill yourself up with bacon and eggs.It is an interesting 15 minute walk to town centre, a bit steep on the way back ! The only disappointment was the noisy air conditionig unit, which we had to turn off, fortunately the temperature was cooler than normal for the time of year. |

A simpatia no atendimento, o conforto e a localização - tem uma vista linda sobre a cidade. Saliento a simpatia,a higiene e a rapidez dos funcionários do refeitório na hora do pequeno-almoço. Melhorar a sinalização para chegar ao hotel. Os croissants do pequeno-almoço: não se coadunam com a qualidade global do serviço - como achei que o serviço e a diversidade de iguarias nesta refeição foi, sem dúvida dos melhores que tive a possibilidade de experimentar nos últimos 3 anos, achei que devia dar esta indicação. |
