Everything was excellent, nothing to complain about. Will come again

We had no water from the fternoon of our stay until nine next morning. They knocked 9 euros off but this was not nearly enough. Very disappoining

The restaurant offered good value for money. It was easy to get around Lisbon as both the metro and pick up spot for tour buses were close.

The bar area was a little gloomy.

Was able to check in early and also leave luggage all day after check out. Breakfast was good and plenty of it.

Mini bar was being removed from room as we checked in and was never returned. Room was on the small side. Price of 139 euros was inflated probably due to visiting football fans putting heavy loading on Lisbon hotels. I would normally not expect to pay more than 80 euros for what this hotel has to offer.

The front dest staff were welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was not extensive but adaquate and the 10th floor location a lovely start to the day. I would have to say facilities left a bit to be desired; a pervasive musty atmosphere was not aided by the fact that the main water supplies in the room had to be turned on before the basin or shower taps could be used. This gave the impression that maybe the room had not been prepared recently. However, after returning to a clean and beautifully tidied room the following day, my faith was restored. The decor, fixtures and appliances were not the most up to date, but everything functioned and the bed was wonderfully comfortable.

This was not the hotels fault but mine. I should have slept with the A/C on every night, then I would not have been disturbed by the street noise. The hotel is situated on a major road and it is never empty. I did this the last night and almost missed breakfast!

The hotel has good location but a little noisy. The Air conditioned doesn´t work well and the brekfast is poor. The hotel needs some improvements inlcudding new furniture.

Plus features: very convenient location; helpful staff; great views from breakfast room.

No wireless (WiFi) in rooms. Hotel needs refurbinshing.

Tak i tu wymienię kilka: brudne, stare pokoje, łazienka fatalna - karaluchy, zagrzybina słuchawka przysznica, przeciekający sedes, fatalne łóżka, smród w pokojach z restauracji na parterze. Ogólnie hotel nie zasługuje nawet na 1 gwiazdkę. Cena w stosunku do jakości bardzo wysoka. Jest to stary hotel, bez remontu (jedynie odświeżone sciany). Informacja w opisie booking.com nie jest prawdziwa, opinie które sa wystawione dla tego hotelu też nie są prawdziwe - nie wiem, czy pisali je pracownicy booking czy moze sieci BW, ale żadna z opinii nie sprwdziła sie. Nie jestem wymagajacym klientem, ale to co tam spotkałam naprawdę bardzo mnie zawiodło. W porównaniu z innymi hotelami,w których nocowałam podczas pobytu w Portugali ten był najgorszy a jednoczesnie najdroższy.

Bem próximo ao Marques de Pombal, fica portanto perto do centro. Barato, mas pelas condições devia ser mais barato ainda. Prima pela Limpeza e simpatia dos funcionários.

Muito isolado, pouca segurança (o próprio quarto do hotel tinha nota para não abrir porta a desconhecidos,fiquei alarmado com a situação de poder ser visitado por amigos do alheio). Muito, mas mesmo muito antigo, já fiquei em Hoteis de 2 estrelas com melhor conforto. Quartos muito pequenos, com pouca luminosidade, quentes, os quartos não são devidamente insonorizados.
