Hotel location is very good, it's close to the main street Avenida da Leberdade and just 5 minute walk to metro station Parque. Buffet is offered at the restauraunt on the roof (10th floor) with beatiful view Noisy sound of lift which we heard every time inside the room. The rate per wi0fi is tooo expensive, 30 minutes was offered for 4 euro

Highly Recommended. Excellent service with a nice restaurant and great staff friendliness and efficiency. Cleaning is perfect. Windows which reduce the sound in 90% of the street. An ancient and elegant hotel to which I returned a third time and will return next year. The reception staff are highly professional and resolve any problems quickly and effectively. Altamente Recomendável. Excelente atendimento com um restaurante agradável e equipe de grande simpatia e eficiência. A limpeza é perfeita. Janelas que reduzem em 90% o som da rua. Um antigo e elegante hotel para o qual retornei pela terceira vez e retornarei o próximo ano. Os funcionários da recepção são altamente profissionais e resolvem qualquer problema com rapidez e eficácia.

The location and the price. The female owner was very friendly. The rooms were not very well cleaned. There was quite alot of dust underneath the beds and hair was found between the mattress and the sheet. Also the television was small and old and was not positioned in a suitable spot. One of the barman was not friendly at all. We asked for Caipirinhas and he said he had them but would not make them.

Location good,next to metro and buses.good park and cafes close by.dining room and bar are very pleasant on top floor. Tea and coffee room facility has to be asked for and did not arrive.dining room and some bedrooms are smoking areas.breakfast time is manic when busy,not enough tables and guests have to clear them as staff are not diligent enough.

We had no water from the fternoon of our stay until nine next morning. They knocked 9 euros off but this was not nearly enough. Very disappoining

The restaurant offered good value for money. It was easy to get around Lisbon as both the metro and pick up spot for tour buses were close. The bar area was a little gloomy.

Was able to check in early and also leave luggage all day after check out. Breakfast was good and plenty of it. Mini bar was being removed from room as we checked in and was never returned. Room was on the small side. Price of 139 euros was inflated probably due to visiting football fans putting heavy loading on Lisbon hotels. I would normally not expect to pay more than 80 euros for what this hotel has to offer.

The staff tried, but couldn't really solve any problems nor tried too hard. Only good point, bed and bath linens were clean The whole hotel was completely dirty, and smelly. Lift, reception hall, room all smelled. Bathroom was broken and no-one could solved, WC leaking, as well as the shower The curtains were stained Whole hotel was dirty and in urgent need of a refurb.

The location and the rates. The hotel has good location but a little noisy. The Air conditioned doesn´t work well and the brekfast is poor. The hotel needs some improvements inlcudding new furniture.

Buena ubicacion y buena relacion calidad-precio. El hotel está un poco viejo, sobretodo uno de los ascensores, pero está bastante bien. Para unos pocos días está bien.

Номер нормальный,отель находится рядом с парком Эдуарди,торг.центром Корте Инглеш, авенида Либертаде. Завтрак шведский стол - вполне нормальный,разнообразный, с фруктами,йогуртами.Вид из номера на банк и на отель Шератон. Рядом расположены крутые отели.Почти напротив находится фруктовый магазин с закусочной,очень дешево!! При заселении какие-то у них трудности, так как в 23 часа дело было.
