Hotel Eduardo VII

the hotel was so bad we didn't stay and booked into the hotel across the road!

Staff were very rude hotel smelt of damp, room was very old fashioned and outdated

I liked the location, just 20 mins walking or 2 tube stops to the historical center. Very nice terrace where breakfast was served. Nice and gentle staff, always available. Clean rooms.

The shower.

It was very close to the city center. At markiz de Pombal square there is yellow and blue subway lines crossing, which is very useful.

The food. During my 7-days-stay there was the same breakfest menu each day!

The location is good close to Metro Station (Parque), breakfast is good.

The hotel is old and need immediate renovation, furniture, santary and sanatary feetings and painting. Room & bathrooms are small.

really old - carpet, walls, etc must be 60 yrs old. walls were thin. We had gotten the same rate on Turim Europa the week before and were much more satisfied and comfortable.

It was very central for our needs,close to the park and shopping,staff were very friendly.

Being on a busy road,there was quite a lot of noise-i would not have liked to stay on one of the lower floors.

Good location in the city center, super-friendly staff, comfortable room, cosy athmosphere and, above all, great value for money!!

hotel molto old style : a mio avviso necessita di aggiornamento sia nei servizi igienici che nelle infrastrutture (ascensori, mobilio, ecc)

Ho alloggiato presso questo hotel in una camera singola. La prenotazione della stenza fatta con booking.com; ero in possesso della ricevuta di conferma, non era stata inserita da parte della reception, quindi al mio inaspettato arrivo ci fu un indecisione da parte del personale della nel fornirmi la camera. Mi assegnarono una stanza al primo piano con vista all'interno di un cortile, appena entrato notai l'arredamento non proprio recente, letto e armadio vecchi. Da subito un forte odore proveniente dal WC impregnando tutta la camera, questo durò per tutti i giorni del mio soggiorno. Il radiatore dell'aria condizionata di sera perdeva acqua bagnando la moquette. La Tv picccola, la pulizia inesistente, in quattro gg mai cambiato le lenzuola

Suciedad, olor a viejo, viejo, quien tenga alergía a los ácaros no se le ocurra ir!!. Un olor asqueroso, mucha moqueta, el mobiliario muy viejo, las cortinas sucísimas, el cuarto de baño de pena, la cirternilla con una rueda....muy viejo todo.
