If you plan a sleep-and-go, it suits you: very good breakfast, good staff, a gym and interior pool for a bit of relaxation, right in the middle of the Paranhos district (colleges and it companies). An old hotel, far from its splendor. Room was ugly, and with worn out equipment. (Clean sheets, and clean bathroom, though).

The Health Club was very nice. The best thing about the hotel is the Spa, which has an indoor heated pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna and Turkish bath. They also offer massages for a very reasonable price. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is clean. The rooms are not at the standard of a 4* hotel. It is clean and big, but has very old furniture and not in a classic way, but just feels like cheap old furniture. The breakfast was OK but again not up to the standard you expect from a 4* hotel.

Clean / Free secure parking / Reasonable bar prices Yes...booked hotel on basis they had a pool. Got there...pool was closed...bit rubbish really.

This hotel has church music in the lobby all the time. If you like this, enjoy. If not...then leave. If you like a 70ties sauna and not working swimmingpool after 20.00 then..book here. Otherwise, think twice. If you like a non-smoking room to smell like ...smoke, then smoke some yourself. Otherwise, never go to this lousy unreachable place. If you file a complaint, the staff is ignorant and unwilling, and blaming other members of staff while making the same insulting remarks. Lousy!

Não gostei nada de nada esta estadia. Escolhi-o mais por causa da piscina e ginásio que se encontra em manutenção e que na data da minha reserva não tinha anunciado. O hotel tem equipamento já gasto e velho, a cama tem o colchão já gasto, o pequeno almoço muito pobre, os residenciais conseguem superiorizar de longe. Pelo preço que paguei conseguiria outras opções muito mais modernas e bem situadas. Senti enganada e desaconselho este hotel vivamente.

-A atenção demonstrada pelos funcionários -Equipamentos antigos, piscina em manutenção (Julho) sem qualquer tipo de aviso aquando da reserva, progamação inadequada dos elevadores, a abertura da porta da garagem para estacionamento tem de ser solicitada verbalmente na recepção.

Los desayunos, la habitacion era normal y en relacion calidad-precio bastante bien. No me gusto nada que tuviera spa en la pagina lo tengan como un servicio gratuito y al llegar alli sin informar de nada. Preguntando nosotros nos dicen que no se puede utilizar el spa que esta cerrado.

Boa localização, Check-In e Check-Out rápido. Corredores e quarto em alcatifa (suja e com manchas). Humidade no quarto, pintura em mau estado. Tomadas eléctricas deterioradas. Mobiliário muito antigo. Reservamos um quarto duplo e o quarto tinha 2 camas de solteiro e o hotel encontrava-se quase vazio. Ar condicionado antigo, no entanto funcionava bem. No Spa encontra-se um piscina pequena não perceptível pelas fotos, jacuzzi para 2 pessoas no máximo. O ginásio parecia mais um museu com máquinas pré-históricas a cheirar a mofo por se localizar na cave, local com pouca iluminação e com muitas maquinas desligadas. Garagem coberta mas de difícil acesso é necessário subir uma rampa feita com madeiras todas partidas. Pequeno almoço com variedade mas pão, cereais não do dia.

El hotel lo elegí por tres motivos: ubicación, relación calidad-precio, y que contaba con un pequeño spa. La habitación muy confortable (me quedé en una de las habitaciones que están siendo renovadas, en buenísimas condiciones), el spa muy agradable, el personal del hotel muy atento, la calidad de los productos del desayuno excelente.

A simpatia dos funcionários. O quarto era amplo e o buffet de pequeno almoço era bom. O hotel indicava piscina interior, no entanto não estava disponivel. O colchão da cama era pessimo.

Realmente nada, ya que para empezar, la piscina climatizada por la cual reservé habitación en este hotel, estaba cerrada en teoría por avería. Mal desayuno, nula limpieza, mobiliario antiquisimo.........................
