Good facilities. Good Location. Perfect base to explore Albufeira.Would definately opt for a sea view room if was to return as the Artist Gallery rooms are very enclosed with no view and very little light coming into the room. Food wise there was very little choice. Was sufficient for our stay as we were only B&B but dinner options were extremly limited. |

Good location with a very nice view on the beach and the sea. Close to anything you need like the old city center of Albufeira, restaurants, supermarkt, beach and so on. The breakfast was ok as well. It was not as luxury as I thought it would be. Bad internet connection which didn't work inside the rooms. I would rate this hotel with 3 stars instead of 4. |

fantastic views, we had a room at the rear of the building, with a balcony overlooking the beach, the oldtown and the magnificent ocean (room 404). Friendly hotel staff printed the check-in document for our flight back at only a small cost and also fridge is available at 1 € / day which helped us keep some food and drinks cool ! PC with internet available in lobby, free of charge. Parking possibility nearby the hotel. Towels were not changed during our 2 night stay. Breakfast buffet is nice, but when you come late (10 am) there's not so much choice any more. Twice there were no more eggs or beans left. Also, entering at 10:15 means you have to eat your b/f quickly. We think in such a location, breakfast should be served at least until 11:30, not 10:30. |

The overall hotel decoration is well above average, the room was very nice with a balcony with ocean and beach view which was great to take some photos. The pool was very good to relax after a sunny beach day and a walk through the center of Albufeira, they let us use the poll after closing hours as long as we don't disturb other customers. |

Fairly close to the beach (but many steps/steep road to go there). Good balconies. Good cleaning. Lot of nice common rooms to use (like living room, terrace) Poor service from the front desk. When I asked of info they show me a book with brochyres. Barely looked or nodded when we passed. Extremely high prices compared to value, especially the spa and the so called "pool bar" (sometimes didn't speak English). It was indoor, away from the pool. The pool had chemicals which tasted awful, the sun beds where old and to few. In our room it was a bit run down, with toilet paper- and towel-holders falling down (for instance). The beds where hard and old. Old fashion runned restaurant, with poor "Portogese" and "Tropical" Night. Again expencive and not up-to-date. And they played the same music for 11 days (at breakfasttime also), mostly Shakira (but they claimed they had 6 CDs random...). Turned us craz |

The nearness of the beach was nice, and the breakfast was excellent They advertise as a hotel and spa, however, when we were there the spa was closed for no apparent reason, and there was no way to make a reservation for when they did open. Also, the lady at the front desk was extremely rude, and not helpful at all. It felt like we were imposing on her when we asked questions. |

The location is perfect. The view from our upgraded suit room is just breath taking. The executive room is very big. Very relaxing to be outside in the balcony with some tintos. The breakfast is great. I love the coffee. The staff is very helpful. The bed is hard and the pillows are not supportive for the neck. There could have been one or two wall holders for the bath towlsor robes. The bathroom is large but nothing to hang stuff on. |

Helpful and cheerful staff both on reception and in restaurant. Cleanliness of rooms was also very good. The position of the hotel above the town and overlooking the coast and beach is very attractive. This gives the guest an enjoyable and relaxing holiday. The rooms overlook the seaview and thus there are no noises intruding from people in the streets, or car the noise of traffic. |

The sea view The reception staff were extremely rude whilst checking in and on departure. Also one provided in accurate information saying that the water park was closed however it was still open until the end of Oct. Very unhelpful and not willing to go a little way to be polite and find out information for you. |

The rooms were wonderful and all of the hotel staff were simply fantastic. The best part of the stay (for me, anyway) was the spa services and the spa staff - we were lucky to have the spa manager take care of us and she is probably the best technician I've come across. And the Shiatsu technician was also amazing. I plan on returning! I would have liked to see an iron/ironing board in the room, but we were able to work around it. |
