Sono anni che lo frequento per la posizione panoramica dlle camere. Non consiglio la mezza pensione per i soggiorni di più giorni, in quanto Il ristorante non varia il menù da anni. |

I servizi offerti dalla Spa Colazione migliorabile soprattutto per quanto riguarda la versione Continentale. Niente da dire per quella all'inglese |

The rooms were wonderful and all of the hotel staff were simply fantastic. The best part of the stay (for me, anyway) was the spa services and the spa staff - we were lucky to have the spa manager take care of us and she is probably the best technician I've come across. And the Shiatsu technician was also amazing. I plan on returning! I would have liked to see an iron/ironing board in the room, but we were able to work around it. |

Efficient and pleasant staff very helpful. Toilets for guests, had to go down to the pool area, would have liked them at reception level. |

The views were excellent. The room was spacious and clean. Towels and sheets changed regularly. Glass found round the pool on several occassions, so could be cleaned better. If your room is below pool level, not a good view. |

Location, view, breakfast buffet. The bathroom was not clean. Our "ocean view" turned out to be available only through a small bathroom window. |

Great location, spa services, wonderful view. The staff was always attentive and everyone spoke English. The first room we had horrible black mold in the shower and sand on the floor...in general the hotel was a good value for the money. I think the 4 star rating was just slightly over rated. |

We had an excellent room with a beautiful view of Albufeira Bay. The hotel was very pleasant, the food average quality. Access to the hotel was either via a considerable number of steps on the sea side or up a steep incline at the front of the hotel. It would not be suitable for older, less fit customers given that there was a steep walk up from the main square and old town (exhausting in the heat) assuming they wished to leave the hotel! |

Executive room, first class, 36 feet balcony spamming bedroom and lounge area. Would stay here again. 10 minutes walk to old town and beach. Excellent location. |

Location is very close to the beach and the lively old town, but at the same time it is in a peaceful area. Great sea view. Hotel was well maintained and very clean. Air conditioning in the room did not work well (not a big problem at this time of the year). |

We had an amazing view on the bay, staff were very friendly and helpfull... and the Spa was excellent, very professional and good prices. Bed was a bit short, for toller people it could be a problem....I'm 5'4" |

Close to town, beautiful views, lovely atmosphere and very efficient staff the outside pool area could be cleaner and breakfast area is extremely busy in the morning maybe there is need to expand also therer is no internet access only for laptops other than that perfect |
