Hotel was very central with good links to trams, buses and the metro. Also good for restaurants and cafe's Room was a bit sparse with no pictures on walls or tea/coffee facilities and bathroom definitely was in need of decoration. Hotel was fine but did not have additional rooms/Bar open. |

Location is perfect and good value for room. Breakfast was minimum and we took only once. Staff was helping correct, but not more. There were not friendly. |

Unusually large rooms. Location on Rua Garrett right next to Metro station. Sewer smell in hallways. Rooms sparsely furnished. Elevators lack an inner safety door. No bar in hotel. Breakfast was rudimentary. |

It was very conveniently located right in front of metro and a short distance to the train station. Lively and shops close by. The TV was very basic with no extra channels and no remote. |

The personnel were very pleasant and helpful. The linen was clean. The room was very large. Right by the Chiado metro station, so this is the only reason I would recommend this hotel, which is also relatively cheap! The smell in the hotel and room. It was like an old, moldy smell, sometimes bordering a sewer stink. The showerhead did not stay up in its holder. The TV did not work. |

Location is excellent, right on the Metro and a close walk to most of the main sights. Breakfast was shocking. Better not to have breakfast included than to have it included and get instant coffee, watered down powered "orange juice" and nothing other than a bread roll with butter. Why bother. Staff on the unfriendly side. |

Only: Hotel is very near the centre of Lisboa Unfriendly staff at reception, not always, but often. The breakfast was terrible. The room and bath not really clean. The daily rate is too expensive. |

The location of the hotel is excellent. The Chiado area is very central, nice and safe as opposed to other areas in the centra of Lisbon (E.G. Alfama) The hotel is a two-star (not three as shown on this website). The room was musty and smelly, the drains were also smelly. Bed linen and towels were old. The breakfast offered was of very poor quality and (for us) absolutely inedible. I would look for something else for my stay in Lisbon! |

Location is best point, right in the centre of old Lisbon and Baixa- Chiado metro entrance just across the street. Decor of breakfast room fantastic ... ... but breakfast very basic, could have done with the odd piece of fruit, cheese or ham - it was just bread (or brioche) and jam |
