The staff were excellent, very helpful. The location was perfect as a base for exploring the city. The outside of the building is run down and dated, but the inside is completely renovated. |

Excellent value for money, great location. Good breakfast. The room was a bit noisy with sounds from the corridor. At night, light from the corridor seeped in around the room door. No half shade curtains: you either have no privacy or blackout. After hours you may have to wait a bit to leave or get back in the hotel if the only staff is not at the counter. |

Staff attendance friendly, helpful - excellent. Free parking a BIG plus Can improve on breakfast buffet -i.e fresher juices, fruits and better coffee. |

The staff were absolutely great, and gave good advice on places to eat and whether or not to take a taxi. The room was nice—one whole wall of windows. Location is very convenient to downtown. Seems like a neighborhood that is gentrifying, but not quite there yet. Room a bit noisy from road outside if window is open. Beds aren't super comfortable. |

It is in a very convenient location for the Bairro Alto nightlife and for exploring Lisbon historic sites. The staff were very welcoming and informative and were happy to call a taxi which arrived within a couple of minutes. |

We stayed at Hotel Botanico for three nights. The room service was very good, as well as its cleanliness. The breakfast was alright, and is convenient to get around - the overall stay was satisfying. The triplet room wasn't as expected - though the room was big, but the extra bed putten in the room wasn't worth the price we paid for (it was quite small and old). |

It have wireless in all floors, with good signal :) Very nice staff. No sufficient parking places and somehow noisy because of the elevators. |

The price was awesome. It had the perfect location, and great staff. The breakfast was also good. It is an excellent value for the money. I was not thrilled with the fact that the rooms only seemed to have two single beds. I would have preferred one double. |

Service was efficient and welcome was warm (free glass of porto!). My room was impeccably clean, shower with plenty of warm water. Breakfast was generous and of good quality. Only two things: rooms were far from being soundproof (people talking on the street semt to be in my room). And Internet service really needs to be improved... it was too slow and expensive (0,40 euros per... 5 minutes!). No Acrobat Reader was installed, so at the time of flying back home it was impossible to do my autocheck-in in advance, like I usually do. |
