Vänligt bemötande, en välkomstdrink vid ankomst, bra flerspråkig personal även om jag kan en del portugisiska. Vi köpte till frukost och den var väl värd priset. Bra läge nära jardim botánico och även gångavstånd till portvinsinstitutet och till Avenida Liberdade. Ljudet från en hiss som gick upp och ner var något högt. Nu kan det bero på att vi råkade ha rummet nära hisschaktet. Kan inte säga att vi tyckte illa om detta men vi undrade först vad det var för ljud, dock störde det ej vår sömn nämnvärt. Annars allt ok. |

Very good for a budget hotel. Nice staff, good facilities. Cable TV, air conditioning. Without being luxurious, it is pleasant, and you get everything you need. |

I was very impressed with the service. The staff was extremely helpful and I would say....they went above and beyond the call of duty, especially the front desk staff. |

Nothing fancy, nothing special, just a typical business-class hotel. Characterless but comfortable. Friendly, helpful staff. The building is really ugly -- just a big 60s-70s concrete block. |

I found the staff incredibly warm, patient and helpful, especially the older gentleman. A masterclass in how to treat guests. Can speak highly enough of their attitude. It was a little noisy in the street outside. I prefer a double bed to two singles. |

good location, close to the center but in a relatively quiet corner, friendly staff, good view from the higher floors moderately difficult to find car parking close by, hotel has limited places of its own |

The room was fairly clean, big enough and the bathroom was recently renew. The location of the hotel is at a walkable distance from the center and very close to the metro station. The wifi is free in the room with a stable connection. Maybe the breakfast can be improved a little bit but it is still ok and fair. |

The staff were excellent. Great value for money, lovely room / facilities. The view from our room, and that it was at the top of a hill! |

The staff was nice and helpfull. The triple room was big , clean and well equipped. Excellent location close to Barrio Alto and to good restaurants. |

Nice breakfast with nice price (5 euro). Fast free wifi internet access from rooms. Walking distance to everywhere. Nice room. There isnt smoking room in this hotel. It should have some smoking rooms. If not in the future we will never choose again. Ιn addition, not allowing my guest to take breakfast with and pay for that ..of course.That was an insult to me and no good for the reputation of the hotel. |

Low price, nice staff, clean room and bed and bathroom. Good location in Center of Lisbon. A bit worn floor carpet and furniture. Not nice view from window. But quite OK, considering the price. |

This is an excellent hotel. Room was large with a/c, fridge, and large comfortable bed. The staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel is close to the sights and metro. The best hotel that I've stayed at in Europe. |
