I was able to park the car at the hotel during the entire visit and walk to all of the places we wanted to visit. It is just minutes from a great restaurant,Adega Paco do Conde which has excellent food. If you are a railroad buff, it is right across the road from a rail station with lots of commuter train traffic. Good continental breakfast. |

Its location, very close to the railway station, is superb. The marble-floored bathroom gives an air of luxury that is very welcome to people who have been travelling for some time. Despite its location, it is not noisy. It is a welcoming location in a very lovely city. |

Just across the street from the train station and only few steos away from the pedestrian area. Clean, quiet, though a bit grim from the outside. |

The location is very good for a city trip, it is just next to the railwaystation and few steps from the old part of the the town and walking distance from the university. |

the staff is extremely kind and helpful, the location of the hotel is great - just off the railway station, few minutes off the gate of the old town and the pedestrian zone the hotel desperately needs the redecoration - even though it is clean and everything functions - both the interior and exterior look quite scary (have in mind socialist architecture of the 70s, lot of heavy brown stuff...) |

Very little althouigh at least it was very clean. The hotel is very close to the railway station so ideally placed for acess & onward travel . Beds, decor, food, facilities & overall drab feel of the place. It felt like we were in a time warp at an eastern european hotel before the fall of communism. |

My room was quiet. value in having off street as well as alloted parking outside. I would have appreciated fresh fruit for breakfast as there was no alternative to wheat, ie; bread and criossants. I brought my own. Internet facility other than wifi. |

Convenient location (next to the train station). Affordable price. Clean and comfortable enough. Breakfast might have been richer in choice. |

Everything was excellent! The hotel is situated in the city center. Bus-stop, taxi station and Coimbra-A train station are in immediate proximity (on the hotel map, is mentioned Coimbra-B train station but it is not correct). The breakfast is very-very substantial and it is served like a buffet. The staff is very kind and speaks English. |

Location in the city centre and next to the train station, spacious and clean rooms, nice bathroom, no street noise with closed windows, improvised parking for 6 cars at the hotel entrance, good value for money. Awful breakfast: undrinkable coffee and orange "juice", little choice. |

Virtually standing next to the Coimbra A station. The room had all the facilities; bathroom, tv, phone, air conditioner, closet. Clean and well kept. Grand style common areas. English speaking front staff. Quiet room. I thought the breakfast was ok for the Southern European standard (where they eat not much more than bread, milk and coffee in the first morning). The view from my room was pretty ugly; ruins of a modern building and wall of the next building (for this reason, however, it was quiet). |
