everything about my stay was excellent im going to be staying again next summer. ther is a supermarket and shopping centre opposite the hotel it was being renovated they were working through the night one morning at 2.30am . when i rang the manager he asked them to do their sawing in another part of the building site and they did.! |

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. The staff were excellent, and we could not fault this hotel in any way. We will use this hotel on our next visit to Portugal, and will recomend it to our friends. |

Location was very good, check in and out was simple! Not really, just the maid service did not attend out rooms to 4.30 pm or after during our stay! This made coming back from the pool with our 2 month old son a touch awkward |

The insecticide or whatever it was that was pumped into the rooms every evening gave us headaches and made us generally feel unwell. We have never been so pleased to leave a place before. |

Entertainment, and dining facilities The external stairs had no handrails and steps were very slippery when wet after it rained, also the price of the accomadation decreased about a week before we were due to stay there, I contacted booking. |

Vista mar espectacular e a Pastelaria Riviera, sem dúvida a melhor do Algarve. O facto de ser um hotel vocacionado para o Verão e ter sido construído para tal tornam-no desconfortável no Inverno. |

Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit. Die Qualität des Abendessen war überraschend gut und die Preise günstig. Innen- und Außenpool u.a. Einrichtungen konnten genutzt werden. |

A localização é óptima: fica perto de restaurantes, padarias, lojas...A zona da piscina também é agradável. Os funcionários são simpáticos. Não gostei dos tapetes do quarto que eram muito antigos. O hotel não tem acesso directo a nanhuma praia, é necessário ir de carro (a pé demora algum tempo). |

Localização é execelente, bem como a piscina. A animação é também bastante boa. O hotel apresenta já alguns anos. A substituição de algum mobiliario e da decoração tornavam o hotel excelente. |

La limpieza de la habitación, la amabilidad del personal, y la tranquilidad, no había ruidos apenas por las noches y se podía estar tranquilo incluso en la piscina en hora punta, van sobre todo familias y parejas así que no hay problema de gente liándola ni nada de eso. Al lado hay centros comerciales, farmacias, tiendas, pubs... Muy pensado para ingleses, el precio es algo elevado, pero sigue siendo asequible, el parking gratuito es pequeño y me rascaron la defensa trasera del coche, la barbacoa de los lunes hay que pagarla a parte a pesar de que en la publicidad no ponía nada. |
