The Britania is a small hotel with an excellent staff which is friendly and helpful making one feel as family. The rooms are spacious and the hotel has free wi-fi. There is an excellent buffet breakfast plus complimentary tea, coffee and port in the afternoons. It is beautifully located to everything in downtown Lisbon just off the Libertade.

Very friendly and efficient staff with excellent breakfast and afternoon tea included. Lovely big bedroom with comfy bed and marble bathroom. Good position just five minutes from the underground or ten to the tram. A fantastic Art Deco retreat with a clubby feel.

The entire Staff that I came in contact with was the most professional and accommodating that I have experienced in a long time. While The Four Seasons brand may work at this, but, the people here make you feel they genuinely care. The location, if you like to explore couldn't be better. Visually stunning inside with all the little details taken care of. No rough edges here just professionals doing a great job with passion.

Absolutely awesome staff - they were very friendly and helpful - Pedro was excellent at both recommending a great seafood restaurant and warning us of the "Fado tourist trap." Awesome staff - they really make the hotel. A little noisy - if you like to sleep past 9 am then you might get woken up - thin walls and doors.

Service and friendliness of hotel staff was perfect, large rooms, personal, very good location and ideal starting point for a city trip to Lisbon. Taste is personal, but Art Deco is not my style.

Su estilo, su diseño y la amabilidad de su personal. Faltan enchufes en la habitación y en el cuarto de baño. Me parece muy incómodo que el secador de pelo esté en la habitación y que los pelos caigan en la alfombra.

清潔で、広さもあり、朝食込の価格はお得感がありました。場所はメトロの駅、空港行きバス停へ2分ほどで行- けます。 特になく、また利用したいと思います。好みですが、高級なエリアに立地しておりポルトガルらしさを求めるな- ら、街の南側を勧めます。

Hotel instalado em prédio com valor arquitetônico histórico foi restaurado e mantidas características originais. Quartos bem amplos, com restauração dos móveis da época, com isto algumas molduras de belos quadros fotográficos estão descascadas. A pequena poltrona de um dos quartos estava com um dos pés consertado devido a quebra, mas continuava instável e sem possibilidade de uso. A cama é curta e uma pessoa de mais de 1,75 m de altura dorme com os pés para fora da cama. O isolamento acústico é bom, mas não perfeito. Funcionários com atendimento perfeito. Limpo. Localização ótima. Se for seu estilo, com certeza vc vai gostar. Consta no Guia dos 100 hotéis mais charmosos do mundo. Não julgamos que seja para tanto, embora o valor histórico seja inestimável. Alguns quartos do primeiro andar estão sobre uma garagem que ao ter sua porta aberta transmite barulho intenso para o quarto.Peça quartos mais altos, embora eu tenha solicitado mas não fomos atendidos.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'hôtel pour la qualité de l'accueil, pour la grandeur de notre chambre, son confort, sa déco et toutes les petites attentions, thé et café à disposition gratuite, prêt de DVD, sans compter l'excellent petit-déjeuner ! Tout est parfait... manque peut-être le sèche-cheveux....

Très bel hôtel bien situé, proche du centre tout en étant dans une rue calme, à 100 M. d'une station de métro des bus et de l'Aerobus. Personnel très aimable parlant bien le français et très disponible. Literie très confortable. Pdj copieux de qualité et diversifié, thé offert à 17 heures. Un petit côté désuet notamment au niveau de la salle de bains, absence de sèche-cheveux.

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado y las instalaciones son muy adecuadas. El personal muy amable y el desayuno variado ( ademas tiene la gran ventaja que lo sirven hasta las 12 hs). Los precios del frigobar son razonables ( en otros hoteles da bronca como abusan ) El servicio de cuarto es regular ( unico punto en contra)
