The service of the staff, exceptional they couldn't do enough for you and comfort of the rooms.

A little further out from the centre than I would originally have thought. But the walk into the centre was only about 5/10mins.

The staff are the most important factor, they were really friendly and gave excellent service especially the guy who served the afternoon tea and was around in the evening. The room was very well furnished and designed and very clean. Breakfast was very good, afternoon tea and complimentary port and jinhia was a bonus. Well done to all.

The entire Staff that I came in contact with was the most professional and accommodating that I have experienced in a long time. While The Four Seasons brand may work at this, but, the people here make you feel they genuinely care. The location, if you like to explore couldn't be better. Visually stunning inside with all the little details taken care of. No rough edges here just professionals doing a great job with passion.

L'eleganza e la classe sia dell'albergo che del personale

Purtroppo è in una posizione piena di contraddizioni: vicino ad una delle strade "della moda" (a pochi metri dalle grandi boutiques) ma con I senza tetto accampati nei portoni limitrofi

Très bel hôtel au niveau architecture et design, très bien tenu, personnel très acueillant. Egalement très bien situé à 2 pas du métro et à 10mn de Baixa/Rossio

Petits problèmes pour utiliser le WiFi (accès internet) en soirée

Hotel instalado em prédio com valor arquitetônico histórico foi restaurado e mantidas características originais. Quartos bem amplos, com restauração dos móveis da época, com isto algumas molduras de belos quadros fotográficos estão descascadas. A pequena poltrona de um dos quartos estava com um dos pés consertado devido a quebra, mas continuava instável e sem possibilidade de uso. A cama é curta e uma pessoa de mais de 1,75 m de altura dorme com os pés para fora da cama. O isolamento acústico é bom, mas não perfeito. Funcionários com atendimento perfeito. Limpo. Localização ótima. Se for seu estilo, com certeza vc vai gostar. Consta no Guia dos 100 hotéis mais charmosos do mundo. Não julgamos que seja para tanto, embora o valor histórico seja inestimável.

Alguns quartos do primeiro andar estão sobre uma garagem que ao ter sua porta aberta transmite barulho intenso para o quarto.Peça quartos mais altos, embora eu tenha solicitado mas não fomos atendidos.

Un peu vieillot (petite télé...) mauvaise insonorisation des chambres (on entendait les voisins) vue très moche des chambres (sur un parking)

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'hôtel pour la qualité de l'accueil, pour la grandeur de notre chambre, son confort, sa déco et toutes les petites attentions, thé et café à disposition gratuite, prêt de DVD, sans compter l'excellent petit-déjeuner !

Tout est parfait... manque peut-être le sèche-cheveux....

Excelente hotel, buen desayuno, trato fantastico.

L'accueil très chaleureux du personnel, la deco de l'hôtel superbe et une chambre avec terrasse privée magnifique. Le buffet petit déjeuner est excellent avec un vaste choix. Le calme de cet hôtel a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Enfin, après avoir garde nos bagages toute une journée, nous avons eu l'agreable surprise d'avoir un tea Time avec quelques petites douceurs portugaises avant de monter dans le taxi pour l'aéroport. Lors de notre prochaine visite a Lisbonne, il n'y a pas a hésiter: Hôtel Britania!
