Staff were extremely courteous and helpful. Hotel is very clean. Complimentary wireless was appreciated. Furnishings outdated, small bed (short). No restaurant. |

Brilliant staff, so helpful. The room was lovely and spacious with the biggest bed we'd even seen. Our only negative comment is that the hotel is expensive. This may be why it seemed so quiet, especially in the bar which needed a bit of life. |

It was a lovely hotel and very quiet, which was great, but the best thing was the absolutely charming, gracious and helpful staff. They made the visit perfect. |

location, stuff, comfort, design of the hotel are excellent. the fire alarm has a flashing light and when you lie down your bed the only thing which can disturb you is this light. yes, the only negative thing is this for this wonderful hotel... |
