All was perfect, Nice design, employees sympaticals, good situation in thé town.
Water for thé shower too hot, difficult to regul it
The suite was amazing.
nice design, very helpful staff, easily walkable location
pretty thin walls- able to hear everything happening in the hall. The shower is also not great.
Great location just off the main shopping street with good restaurants close by. Atmospheric lounge area to relax in. Helpful staff.
Few things needed repair - the shower door didn't close properly. They'd put tape to keep the door handle in place but this didn't last long. They have Apple kit in the room. It would be nice if they could set them to the guest's language before checkin.
The Hotel location is very good and easy to reach many historical place and public transportation. Taxi price is depend on taxi driver between 11 - 20 Euro from airport to hotel. Very friendly staff. There is free WiFi in rooms and lobby.
Room little bit short and WiFi signal is poor.
Excellent location, nice interiors, friendly staff
We stayed over New Year's and the nights were chilly due to the weak heating system
Fabulous location in the heart of the city centre and very convenient for all attractions and transport points, efficient staff, modern room designs, the superior rooms are all a decent size, nice kitchenette area, iron and safe in the room, no problem with the wi-fi, large reception and lounge area.
Smelly plumbing in my room (408), heating not very powerful in the winter - both problems were signalled and the heating was improved but the odour issue wasn't, perhaps because it was Xmas. The huge iMac and the iPad are a nice touch but a bit gimmicky (I travel with my own computer and iPad) and take up a lot of "desk" space in the room, either one or the other would be enough. These drawbacks would certainly not prevent me from staying here again.
Central location & ease of moving around Lisboa on foot.
Room a little "tired", nothing a coat of paint & sealant wouldn't fix.
The location and price were very good we could walk to most places we were interested in. The staff made very good suggestions on places to eat out.
Not far from the hotel is a Main Street full of restaurants and if you took that street they would tend to hassle you for business. We stayed away from those deducing they were tourist traps.
staff very helpful nice room clean kitchen with all equipments :-)
sometimes slow wifi
Location right in the centre of town but in a quiet side street. Staff were very helpful and pleasant.
Difficult to regulate the shower temperature. Bathroom quite small
Everything. We would definitely recommend Browns and go back there to stay. A superb experience.
A welcome tray (tea, coffee and milk) in the room would have been a bonus, though there was a free tea/coffee machine in the foyer.
The rooms were well decorated. The staff was so nice and helpful.
The sewage smell coming to the room (408) was unbearable. The shower was leaking water to the bathroom. Not pleasent. We had to change it and actually move to Browns Central Hotel room 101. Guess what? The shower was broken there as well even though the rest was fine.
staff was really nice and the rooms were amazingly decorated. The bed and linens were super comfy as well.
The bathroom smelled like sewage/musty and it really affected the entire hotel room smell. If we were staying for more than 24 hrs I would have immediately complained but we had just got in from a long flight and we were leaving in the am
location location location clean, friendly and helpful staff and great facilities great decoration
a bit warm in the room
Contemporary decor, comfy bed, friendly staff, Mac and ipad, great location for sightseeing and shopping. Fridge.
Tiny bathroom which was only as wide as the shower cubicle- barely enough room to get dried and dressed. Noisy heating clicking on and off, what sounded like pipes knocking for hours at a time. No coffee or condiments.
The design The style Close to the city The atmotphere The price
Location was excellent, very comfortable room, computer in room with internet access, helpful staff
oven top was not working
Staff is very friendly. Hotel's ambience is great. It gives a feeling to spent more time in hotel.
Location, free wi fi, comfy bed, thick curtains, helpful staff.
Thin floors and walls meant we were woke up when our neighbours woke up, young kids meant this was 6 am. Kitchen had kettle but no tea bags, water in room would have been nice. No bar was a disappointment. Having to go out for breakfast to the sister hotel.
