Placed just next to wonderful beach, and not far from Funchal and beatiful walking passes, very clean, the pool and the plage are great for kids, people are extremely kind, not expensive for its quality |

O que mais gostamos foi a proximidade do mar e a tranquilidade existente naquela zona. Queríamos ver um filme mas apesar de termos selecionado um a partir da TV no quarto, não foi possível ver, contactámos a recepção que enviou om funcionário para tentar resolver o problema, no entanto não conseguiu e mais ninguém tinha tido formação para operar com esse sistema. Devia-se dar formação primeiro aos funcionários para depois implementar o sistema em questão. |

O café da manhä é muito bom, o quarto é confortável, as pessoas são atenciosas e a localização é muito boa. O hotel é muito bom em tudo, ja é o 3 ano que la vou... muito bom... perfeito. o hotel só tem um defeito, o jacuzzi que devia ser separado da piscina. |

O quarto tem uma decoração bonita.Cinzento, preto e vermelho..........; A zona de "sofás" ao pé da piscina exterior esta agradável e é relaxante. Quando estamos neste hotel nem parece que estamos na madeira. Piscina interior com muito cloro e jacuzi pequeno, devia ser separado da piscina. |

einziges Strandhotel auf Madeira; Meer im August herrlich; vormittags eine Levadawanderung (unbedingt Mietauto nehmen), nchmittags baden Restaurant/Bar sehr teuer. Es gibt einige gute Lokale gleich nebenan, und einen Supermarkt! |

De tudo! Adorei a estadía, desde os funcionários, ao serviço/comodidades, o preço. . . . É lugar para voltar!!! Tenho pena de existir apartamentos disponiveis para reserva, neste hotel, e através do booking não conseguir fazer esta! Assim como não haver fotos dos mesmos!! |

A zona da marina ao pé do hotel. Apesar de algo degradada é excelente para um passeio à noite. O hotel é razoavelmente confortável e tem uma vista excelente para o mar. O quarto em que fiquei era confortável mas cheirava um pouco mal. Os lençóis da cama tinham alguns buracos (parece-me inaceitável num 4 estrelas). Enviei uma mensagem através do booking a pedir uma cama extra para uma criança de 2 anos ou a reserva de um apartamento e ninguém do Hotel me respondeu. Quando cheguei ao Hotel voltei a fazer o pedido e disseram-me que iam por a cama extra, mas nunca o fizeram apesar de ter pedido 2 vezes. No pequeno-almoço, havia falta de pessoal para tanta gente em Agosto (era melhor que deixassem os clientes se servirem do café e do leite, em vez de esperar pelos funcionários). |

Ruhiges, nicht zu großes Strandhotel. Parkplatz kostenfrei. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal in allen Bereichen. Stark überhöhtes, fast schon unverschämtes, Preisniveau an der Poolbar brachte uns dazu, nur einmal dort zu essen. Sinnlose architektonische Bauteile behinderten den gebuchten Meerblick. |
