Placed just next to wonderful beach, and not far from Funchal and beatiful walking passes, very clean, the pool and the plage are great for kids, people are extremely kind, not expensive for its quality |

Sehr freundliches hilfsbereites Personal und schönes gepflegtes Hotel! Leider mussten wir unsere Ferien einen Tag früher als vorgesehen abbrechen. Grosszügigerweise berechnete uns das Hotel diese letzte gebuchte Nacht nicht. Super! |

O quarto, tipo apartamento, era enorme e novo. A nova ala de apartamentos parece não estar muito bem construída.Sentem-se cheiros nas zonas de passagem e os escoamentos do duche não estão bem feitos.A limpeza não é profunda.(debaixo da cama). O condomínio na zona do supermercado não gere bem a limpeza das zonas envolventes. |

Le confort des appartements au dessus du centre commercial L'hôtel scindé en deux,avec une route passante à traverser.Le manque total de charme de l'endroit.Le restaurant à la carte à éviter (mieux vaut faire 35 kms et manger à Funchal) |

Vista para o mar, da sauna e piscina interior. Na piscina interior, a água poderia estar bem mais quente. Para além disso eram bom que as regras da piscina interior fossem fiscalizadas (por exemplo o facto de ser proibido dar saltos e mergulhos para a piscina), pois há sempre muitas crianças e caso os pais não tenham o discernimento de as proibir, os outros hospedes é que sofrem! |

Comodidade, localização e P.almoço. Nota-se que o staff existente está no limite em quantidade para um bom serviço num hotel completamente cheio.Na zona das pisçinas o apoio é insuficiente no bar e não existe banheiro. |
