I liked the overall feel of the hotel--very old worldly and authentic. The rooms are very clean and tastefully decorated. Also, the central location in Ponta Delgada is nice. This hotel was probably one of the nicest hotels in the Azores in the 70s, 80s, and early 90s, but it needs an update now. The carpets (in the rooms and also in the hallways and staircases of the common areas of the hotel) need to be cleaned, the breakfast needs to be moved outdoors (maybe make the outdoor patio that doesn't seem to be used into a courtyard with some greenery?), the vanities in the bathrooms enlarged (so that you can actually put your stuff somewhere), the TVs updated, and secure Wifi enabled.

El edificio tiene mucho encanto y la ubicación es perfecta, en pleno centro. Es muy limpio, cómodo y acogedor. Las habitaciones son normales, pero bastante amplias. Estaría bien que tuviera algún servicio de parking para los clientes del hotel

Gostamos muito do hotel pela sua localizaçao em pleno centro de Ponta Delgada, bom serviço e conforto. Pequenas coisas poderiam sera melhoradas, mas a nota é sem duvida positiva! Obrigada! Tudo optimo. So talvez para quem se levanta muito cedo, ter café a disposiçao sera uma optima ideia que deixo aqui.

サンミゲール島の観光を相談したところ、親身になって考えてもらい、最適なツアーを予約することができ、島- の自然を満喫することができました。 途中、バスルームに虫（蟻？）が発生し、部屋を変えてもらいました。その際飲食物の持ち込みを尋ねられまし- たが、とくに散らかしていたわけでもなく、ましてやバスルームでの虫の発生が持ち込んだ飲食物のせいとは思- えません。またこのクレームは出かける朝（9時頃）にフロントに言っておいたにもかかわらず、夕方（18時- 頃）帰ってきたら、相変わらず虫が発生しており、ベッドルームまで侵入していました。引き継ぎもうまく行っ- ていないのではと思いました。そのほかは問題ないというより、良い印象を持っていただけに残念です。

Me resultó muy agradable la estancia. Es bonito, está muy bien situado para moverse por la ciudad. Está muy limpio. El desayuno tenia buenos productos. Es muy tranquilo, con lo que pude descansar. El personal se portó de manera muy amable conmigo.
