I appreciated our stay in this hotel very much, friendly staff, hotel very clean, close to the center, rooms modern and comfortable, breakfast sufficient, fresh fruits, cakes, several kinds of breads. Clean, new with modern design and friendly. I can only recommend to stay there and should I return, would it be there again. Some rooms and bathrooms could seem to be small. |

The early check-in was great, it meant we could freshen up after our flight. The late check-out and holding of our bags in a locked cabinet was really helpful on the final day. The staff were excellent. The breakfast was lovely. No complaints. |

Great location, right in the heart of Lisbon city. Staff are excellent and attentive. Room was perfect, comfortable, with great lighting and super-clean. Hotel is right next to a main metro line, and is within walking distance to most Lisbon attractions. Wi-fi was not free. |

Friendly and helpful staff, modern and simple deco & great shower, very good location, great buffet breakfast. Room on the 1st floor was not noisy at all during the day but the bins outside on the street were emptied several nights around 3am which was very noisy. The duvet in bed was a bit thick for summer - blanket and sheet would have been better. Otherwise great :-) |

We were there end May 2009 for 4 nights. The hotel is conveniently located near public transport - underground Metro, buses, and aerobus (to airport). The hotel looked newly renovated. The double/twin room was standard size (not too big/not too small), clean & tidy, and it came with flat-screen TV and cable TV, large desk, 2 chairs & bedside tables. Lovely lightings. A small comment about the breakfast buffet; it was OK - small selection of cold cuts, cheese, scrambled eggs & bacon, fruits and breads. The coffee & hot water (for teas) served in thermos. Maybe they should have large hot kettle of hot water. |

Great overall hotel experience. Good value. Great location: 15 min walk to city center and around corner from Metro, buses, taxis, ATM and mini market. Room/bathrooms were comfortable, modern & clean. Good breakfast. Nice staff. |
