Hotel was well located on a main street, and an easy 10-minute walk from tourist office and main plaza, and business area. Receptionist spoke excellent English, was welcoming and helpful. Room basic, clean, but adequate. Dinner menu displayed on counter did not relate to this hotel, but to one a few doors away owned by the same company - where we enjoyed an excellent meal. Good place to stay for travellers on a budget. |

Great location 7 minutes walk to the Central Square. For the price it's a fair bargain. Family rooms are much bigger. Surprisingly quiet. No complaints, even with a full hotel. Wi-Fi is 12 Euros per 24 hour period of access but fast. 5 Euros for 1 hour. |

We were transferred to Hotel Turismo which was a serious upgrade as we had two rooms and a bathroom and it was all very luxurious. The restaurant was impressive with silver service, the breakfast was excellent and it was very central. There was no lock on the bathroom. The second night the air conditioning broke down and someone came to look at it and reassured us that it would work. However it didn't and I contemplated sleeping in the corridor, such was the heat in the room.When we told the girl at reception the next morning she merely reported the fault.She was not sympathetic. |

Facilities that you would expect from a modern, 3-star tourist class hotel but at very reasonable prices. Plentiful buffet breakfast providing usual range of breads, croissants, meat, cheese, juices. Functional building rather than character |

They have two computers for internet use at 2euros/3euros for 30min/60min use of internet. The gentleman at the reception was very helpful. Good location - easy to get to. We got a room with two twin beds joined together instead of a big bed (full size). We asked for another room, but those were unavailabe as they have only few rooms with large beds. |

The hotel was based at the perfect spot nearby the metro exactly wat went for, bed was suburb nice and firm. biggest issue was that the toliet was not working and leaked at the bottom and that there was no holder for the shower head, bassicly only reason why we are giving poor, just that for a suite we expected at least a proper bathroom. |

The staff were friendly and helpful, the decor was simple but very clean and tidy, the location was brilliant- three blocks walk to the major attractions, and shops right out the front door. Great value for the money. |

Based in the city center I had a door to the next room and I could hear everything from that room, even brushing their teeth and peeing. |

Hotel staff are very nice and helpefull.Room condition is very well :clean and new. Hotel location is on the main street of the town - a lot of the noise at night too. Breakfest level - medium . |
