Localização, mesmo em frente aos barcos que atravessam o Canal A arquitectura é má. O hotel antigo foi ampliado. Os quartos na parte antiga têm a melhor localização, com vista para o Canal. Mas os esquipamentos são antigos e os quartos são pequenos. Os quartos na parte nova são confortáveis e espaçosos mas muitos não têm vista em resultado da estranha arquitectura. É pena que uma ilha maravilhosa e com arquitetcura autócone tão boa esteja a ser destruída com a má qualidade da arquitectura (ou falat dela), desde logo o principal hotel. |

Le personnel n'est pas avenant, ni bonjour, ni sourires manque de classe ! La literie est déplorable pour un hotel moderne, il faut se mettre aux normes internationnales, pas de double vitrage au-dessus d'une rue pavée et une clim qui fait du bruit ! Cela n'a pas été reposant !!! |

Im 2. Stockwerk des Altbaus genießt man von den zum Meer gelegenen Zimmern einen herrlichen Bllick auf die Insel Faial und kann auch das Geschehen an der Anlegestelle der Fähren und den Hafen beobachten. Der Neubau beeinträchtigt den Blick vom Hotel nach rechts (man schaut auf eine riesige weiße Wand) und ist auch ansonsten dem Ortsbild abträglich. Die nicht zum Hotel gehörende Bar an der Uferstraße verströmt vor allem abends Grillgeruch |

nada. não é admissível que o quarto tenha sido desinfectado, com um produto agressivo, com cheiro intenso a mentol, que tenhamos apresentado a nossa indignação e não tenham feito nada de especial. afinal havia outros quartos que não tinham esse cheiro. lamentável. por muitos hoteis que ja passei nunca vi um serviço assim. |
