good breakfast, close to harbour, very clean and modern, and have hairdresser and beautician salons, close to restaurants,. Our room had a balcony facing the sea- it was worth it

The location was fantastic for us, just off the ferry in the middle of a terrific storm, it only took us a few moments to get to the hotel. It's in the centre of the town and close to restaurants. The room was a good size and comfortable. There was a wide choice for breakfast. It was a bit hectic in the breakfast room due to the large groups, but nothing ran out. This may just be us, but we don't like being asked to pay the minute we arrive at a hotel! This was the only place in the Azores where this happened. The hotel is a big one, clearly catering for large groups. We wouldn't have chosen it for a longer stay, but it was fine for our purposes.

Personnel aimable et accueillant. Bonne situation, en face du port et de l'arrivée des ferries. Bon petit déjeuner. Architecture de l'hôtel très banale, vieillotte. Actuellement, il y a des travaux de modernisation du port, ce qui gâche la vue et dérange par le bruit (mais ce n'est évidemment pas la faute de l'hôtel)

Super zentrale und dennoch ruhige Lage mit Blick auf Faial und auf den Hafen. Frühstück mit großer Auswahl und die Zimmer groß, sauber und 2 sehr breiten Betten. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Die Mitarbeiter waren etwas maulfaul und alles in allem ist das Haus schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Toda a estadia no geral. Hotel muito caro para o tipo de comodidade, e apresentação. Nao faz jus ao preço cobrado, é apenas o unico hotel existente na zona. Estado das paredes do quarto (humidade), apresentação...

Localização e amabilade das funcionárias com excepção do caso a seguir relatado. Solicitei na recepçãoa reserva de taxi para ir para aeroporto no dia seguinte manhã, pedido este que o funcionário se terá esquecido o que quase origina a perda de ligação para S. Jorge.

Prima hotel. Kamer was voldoende groot en netjes. Het hotel biedt voldoende faciliteiten en ligt tegenover de haven waar je direct het veer naar Faial kunt nemen (30 min varen). Daarnaast ligt het hotel vrijwel in het centrum, voor zover je in een dorp als Madalena van een centrum kunt spreken. Naast het hotel zijn diverse organisaties waar whalewatching tours geboekt kunnen worden. Wij boekten bij CW whalewatching, wat ons goed is bevallen. Het ontbijt was redelijk, maar niet bijzonder. Verder was de ontbijtzaal ongezellig.

Ottima posizione difronte all'imbarco traghetti ed a due passi dal centro. Colazione valida. Parcheggio gratuito e disponibile perchè vicino all'area portuale. Parcheggio "privato" dell'albergo non è sufficientemente capiente per le vetture di tutti gli ospiti.

Per chi decide di vistare le Azzorre sconsiglio questo tipo di hotel...per entrare nella cultura del luogo è necessario sogiornare i una quinta! La colazione molto varia ma non fresca!

Das Hotel hat den Charme eines Krankenhauses mit sehr schlechtem Frühstück und kein WIFI im Zimmer. Es ist ein häßlicher Fremdkörper im Hafen und zusätzlich schläft man schlecht, weil es Lärm von den Hafenkneipen in der Umgebung gibt. Es liegt allerdings direkt am Ankunftspunbkt des Schiffes, was man als gute Lage werten könnte. Die Zimmer sind sauber, aber alles ist ohne Seele.

A poche decine di metri dal porto, comodissimo per l'imbarco. Camere spaziose, pulite e confortevoli. La mancanza di una postazione internet free nella hall. La totale invarianza nel buffet della colazione, seppure ben fornito.
